The stay was a mixed bag. Check in went well. We noticed fridge wasn’t working, told front desk and they addressed it when we went for supper. That night there was a horrible smell of sewer backup. In the morning I told man at front desk. He seemed more concerned why I didn’t contact the desk at 2 in the morning when my wife was sleeping. He didn’t seem concerned with the issue, and I told him that it was his issue to address because the smell was so strong. He basically dismissed my concern.

Booked this room for my mom last minute, she got a flat just outside of High Level while traveling. The staff was very helpful over the phone (yes I was actually able to talk to a person!) and accommodating, and she said the hotel/room was great!

Even with the fire evacuation's in progress around the community, the Super 8 Hotel was efficient, courteous and welcoming to all guests .

High Level Stay Bed was not comfortable - felt like there was a piece of cardboard between mattress and box spring.

This place can use a major overhaul rooms are in rough shape stained carpet and broken tiles in bathroom and stains on the roof of the room

Amazing stay We always try to get our same room king with the jet tub always a good time and amazing service! Will continue to stay here
