Imagine you are undressing for a procedure when a staff member (male of female) walks into your supposed to be private cubicle to deliver towel or take away a rubbish bin. Imagine now that it happens every time. Quality - 2 points. Some staff members are putting an effort, while other ignoring completely. Masseuse did not even ask if I am cold, comfortable or anything. Do I have an area of concern- it does not matter. I understand that language barrier might be a problem, but hey, I had a massage in Japan where no one spoke any English, but people managed to make my visit perfect. Pool area - 2 points. You’d think that COVID downtime would allow making repairs, but broken tiles are there, waiting for you to cut your toes. Change room - 0 points. I haven’t been to one, but I have a feeling that a low security prison cell in Netherlanlands is bigger. The change room has a dozen of lockers and only one person can actually use it a time. Staff goes around and turn of light in the change room, so you open a door and step into a puddle of water in a darkness - good luck not to break anything.
