Awful !! People are smoking in the pool, no one stops them, they are plying music in their personal speakers… Do not even get close to this place!! Drinking and getting drank inside the pool, it should be luxurious hotel, bottom line - expensive for no reasone!

Un hotel situado en el corazón del Neguev donde disfrutar de la tranquilidad, del silencio y de unos impresionantes atardeceres. Un hotel que es un monumento en sí mismo, con un excelente servicio por parte de todo el staff y la percepción de hacerte sentir especial en un entorno inigualable. Desayuno a la carta excelente, posibilidad de realizar excursiones y trekkings por el Neguev, SPA e infinity pool excepcionales.

Big disappointment. Bottom line: avoid. Location: remote and deserty, but not spectacular Hardware: Great design, nice rooms and common areas, but not maintained to even basic standard (sun bed broken and not replaced, private pool tiles missing,..) see photos. Software: staff - as others commented -: "young and inexperienced " ( we met no one how had been there for more than 8mths) but we really missed the general motivation to provide basic level of friendliness and quality of service. Housekeeping: catastrophic: shards of broken glass from previous people on carpet and sofa (see photo). No apology Food and bev: two restaurants and pool, excellent breakfast; lunch and evening menu variation limited given no alternatives (esp if staying more than two days). We had to eat in the more expensive restaurant on day of arrival as the other option was fully booked Value for money: poor given staff, hsekeeping and maintenance issues It is a long trip to get there (unless you're coming from Eilat), maintenance & housekeeping is not up to any standard, staff vibe poor. Give it a miss.

Rien a redire. Toute est parfait. Le site est spectaculaire, les chambres sont magnifiques, et tous les détails des chambres et terrasses sont vraiment remarquables. Et que dire de la vue… Les repas ont été excellents et le petit dej notamment est vraiment exceptionnel. Quant au service, s’il n’est pas comparable au niveau d’un hôtel équivalent en Asie par exemple, nous l’avons trouvé très bon. Bref, a faire et a refaire

Che dire di bello? Tutto. Location, suite, spa, ristoranti, gym , piscina perfetti. Ma quello che più colpisce è il silenzio. Il resort si trova in pieno deserto del Negev, lontano da tutto e con solo 60 suite/villa su una superficie di 30 ettari. Panorami sul nulla e tramonti spettacolari. Suite enorme, pulita, attrezzata di tutto con giardino privato e arredata stile rivista di arredamento. Piscina a sfioro molto bella così come idromassaggio, sauna e hamman favolosi. Palestra non enorme ma attrezzature di primissimo livello. Ristoranti/bar e trattamenti spa molto cari come tutto il soggiorno, ma ben evidenziato sul sito al momento della prenotazione, tuttavia in regola con il livello della struttura. Un sogno da cui non svegliarsi.

In many ways, Six Senses is the most unique and beautiful hotel in Israel and one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at in the world. The Negev desert landscape and the hotels stunning architecture and design meld organically into the landscape. That said, on arrival and after a 4 hour plus drive, we waited in reception for a receptionist for a good 20 minutes and served dates and tea from a tray that had half eaten dates and some chewing gum to go with it. This was our honeymoon so I booked the panoramic room which is one of the highest rated categories. The room is spectacular but there is a major design flaw. There are lights attached to the frame of the bed which in theory are supposed to go off like sensors when you get out of bed at night. These lights stayed on all night. When we asked the receptionist about it we were told that’s the way it is and if we want to block it with our own bags that could help. We did not have a good nights sleep. While the food is absolutely superb with the most extraordinary homemade breads and the best breakfast in all of the country, we had a bizarre dinner experience on our last night. We stood around for a while to be seated and then waited 20 minutes until I had to get out of my seat and flag someone to pay attention to us. We then had to send an order back a number of times due to how we requested a medium well steak that kept being cooked rare. When the manager of the restaurant came over to see what the problem was we were made to feel we were the problem. What was a beautiful day turned into aggravation and frustration. When we checked out the next day, it took 40 minutes to get a bellman due to the rain but that’s exactly why we wanted to check out a bit early to beat the rain and floods which happen in the Negev. This is a complex review no doubt as most of the staff, especially Shlomi, are first rate and the rooms and property are magnificent. Our main issue was lack of sleep due to the lights being on all night and a bizarre disconnect with our server and manager at our final dinner. When you are paying north of $1k per night, this can’t happen.
