Bande d’escrocs Quelle honte pour la crête vous êtes des voleurs ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Je suis passée en direct avec l’hôtel en mars 2024 nous avons reçu une confirmation de réservation pour l’été 2024 et un mois après début avril l’hôtel nous envoyé un mail en nous disant que l’hôtel fermait et qu’il ne nous rembourserait pas … Nous avons économisé durant un an pour partir en famille cet été et nous avons perdu plus de 1000€ :( Nous n’avons aucun recours auprès de notre assurance CB et protection juridique La seule solution serait de prendre un avocat grec mais cela nous coûterait plus cher que la somme perdue 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Cet hôtel fait vraiment une mauvaise publicité à la Crète et je me permets de mettre ce mauvais commentaire afin que personne vive ce que nous sommes entrain de vivre Bande de voleurs et de personne non professionnelle Vous avez volé une famille française Le mal revient toujours à celui où celle qui la fait . Vous faites une belle publicité à la Crète

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit einem wundervollen Ausblick auf Malia. Es ist ruhig gelegen, hat jede Menge Platz und man kann hervorragend entspannen. Wer es mag sollte unbedingt eine Massage buchen, es ist Entspannung pur. Das Personal ist mega freundlich und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Es ist noch nicht jede Villa renoviert, aber man sieht schon die Veränderungen. Meine Tochter und ich würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Ein Auto ist absolut von Vorteil, da es wirklich alleine oben auf dem Berg liegt.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und wird nur gesäubert, nicht repariert! Scharniere der Schränke zum Teil schräg und ausgeleiert. Nachttischlampenschalter mit Klebeband umwickelt, Sessel im Schlafzimmer löste sich auf, Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer hatte massive Flecken, Beleuchtungskörper in den Treppen-Stufen zum Teil rausgefallen und nicht funktionstüchtig, Stühle beim Frühstück mit Löchern in der Sitzfläche, abgenutzte Tapeten im Bar-Bereich ... Mitte Mai war wohl auch noch alles im Winterschlaf. Die Liegen und Tischchen am großen Pool wurden erst nach ca. einer Woche aufgebaut und gereinigt. Die Aussicht von dort oben ist sehr schön. Die Villen mit eigenem Pool sehr geräumig. Von dort ist der Weg nach Malia als Fußgänger aufgrund der starken Steigung (!), der abends fehlenden Beleuchtung und nicht machbar, man benötigt ein Auto oder nimmt für 8,-€ ein Taxi. Grundsätzlich hat uns Kreta enttäuscht weil alles sehr herunter gekommen ist, man muss nur mal die Autowracks zählen die einfach am Rand vor sich hin gammeln. Der alte Ort Malia hat evtl. drei gute Restaurants, der Rest ist Touristen-Kram. Näher zum Wasser hin (nördlich der Hauptstraße) wird es dann optisch und vom Niveau schlimm, nur noch "Ballerbuden" mit entsprechendem Niveau. Der Hafen mit seinen riesigen rumliegenden Betonklötzen, den Schiffswracks die vor sich hin rosten ... Kurz: Wenn das Hotel mehr Wert auf Pflege und Funktion legt und man ein Auto hat kann man hier außerhalb jeglicher Belästigung einen ruhigen Urlaub machen. Das Personal ist extremfreundlich und hilfsbereit.

Excellent hôtel! Niché sur les collines de Malia avec une vue exceptionnelle ! Nous avons séjourné dans une villa présidentielle ! Excellentes prestations! Personnels au petit soin tous les jours et petite pensée pour Athina ! Une femme extraordinaire et toujours souriante et serviable ! On reviendra je l’espère !

This is a must stay hotel. The location offers stunning views over Malia. The facilities are 5 star. If you are looking for a quiet getaway this is the place. The pool and surrounding area is well maintained with an ambutance of space and plenty of sunbeds..no rushing from breakfast to claim your sunbed for the day. The staff and customer service take the hotel to another level - exceptional. Athena, the hotel receptionist, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We can't thank her enough. Maria was also very helpful when we needed help..nothing was ever a bother. Dimmitto, in the restaurant, always greeted us with a smile, ensuring breakfast was an enjoyable experience. Last but not least, Dimmas was friendly, with an engaging personality. A great person to know. The owners should be proud that they are represented by such exceptional staff. The friendliest hotel I’ve visited. Everyone is so welcoming and make you feel special I visited with my parents as took them on holiday for 70th birthdays. They loved their stay. It’s a peaceful resort as you are up on the hill, no scramble for a pool lounger, plenty of space and easy to get a cold beer! If you want somewhere where you can get some peace this is the perfect place. I can’t thank the team enough for our amazing stay

Actually a really nice place to stay. The views are great. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are excellent. Food for breakfast is more than adequate. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Some frustrations are the wi-fi. The further you get from the main premises, the more intermittent. On weekends, it seems non hotel guests are allowed in, so the pool area loses its normally quiet atmosphere. Nothing to do with the hotel but the holiday firms who book the hotel for you drop you off at the bottom of the hill. They say it's door to door buy that is totally false. It seems all the companies are the same. You can't really walk up the hill so you're forced to take a taxi. Bit of a rip-off but not the hotels fault. The walk down to Malia takes about 20 mins, but it's all downhill, so actually really nice. You don't want to walk back as it's a step climb. Taxis are easy to fine, and it's €10. Altogether a nice place to stay. Malia old town is lovely, but Malia as a whole is a bit of a dump full of bars and nightclubs for kids.
