Worth the money.

Ok

Affordable, no Frills with a Great Location Affordable, very basic but good for families with a great location since it's the ONLY inexpensive hotel/motel located within the town of Hershey. It's actually located within a residential section of downtown Hershey, 2 blocks from Chocolate Ave. so it's an easy walk (via sideways) to breakfast (Lisa's Cafe) and/or back from late night drinks (Fenicci's, Primanti Bros., Iron Hill Brewery, Houlihan's). We didn't because it was raining but we could have walked to Tröegs if we had to (be careful since Park Ave. doesn't have sidewalks all the way to the outlets' parking lot that you could use to cut thru to reach Tröegs). Likewise, it's possible to walk to Hershey Park and/or the Giant Center from this place but walking would not be recommended for small children. Had to carry out our empty aluminum cans since no separate containers for recycling - bummer!

Stay and customer service Overall, my experience and travel was really great. Customer service was top-tier. I would stay there again. I love the room. I was in Hope to get the same one minor issues with some of the maintenance upkeep but other than that it was a great day.

The staff was friendly enough but lack of communication was present. The room met our needs, interesting layout. The pool was closed. Air in the room was very dry, woke up with a sore throat ( with no other sickness, cough/sneeze).

Terrible service We canceled and they didn’t refund our money. The pool was closed and on the website didn’t disclose that.
