Play arcade games in our downstairs game room or challenge your family to a friendly game of cornhole, darts, pool or ladder ball. Nature lover? You've come to the right place! It's very common to see manatee, dolphin & a variety of seabirds while you're enjoying yourself on our backyard beach or toasting marshmallows in our fire pit. Or maybe you're just chilling on one of our two balconies having coffee in the morning or playing a board game in the evening. Use our kayaks and pedal boat to explore the local waterways. Or get picked up at our dock for an airboat tour (additional fees apply). Close to shopping & dining, while perfectly hidden! We're pet friendly too! Take a ride 3 minutes upstream to see the most pristine view of Florida's Weeki Wachee river. This is where you will experience a truly magical place. Our waterfront home is the perfect place for your family and friends to unwind, enjoy and explore. You can catch freshwater & saltwater fish and crabs right off your very own dock. Bring your boat, canoe, kayak or paddle board, or just rent them nearby to experience the wildlife and beauty of Florida’s Nature Coast. The kids will also want to visit the Buccaneer Bay water park, the white sandy beaches, and the world-famous LIVE MERMAID SHOW only 5 minutes away. At the end of the day you can cook your own catch or dine at one of many great local restaurants. Our home can easily accommodate 10 people in beds, 2 additional kids on the couch and a queen blow up mattress. The water temperature is 74 degrees all year round.Weeki Wachee Springs State Park is a five mile drive away (take in the world famous mermaid show and the river boat tour).We are located 5.5 miles from the head of the river, so you have plenty of river to enjoy going against the flow. Roger's Park is a half mile down river from us and the Gulf of America is another 2 miles down river from there.Weeki Wachee River produces 120 to 170 million gallons of clear fresh 74 degree water per day and is home to a very diverse wildlife population. We've actually seen a family of deer cross the river in front of us while we were canoeing - what a treat that was!
