Playa El Colorado附近住宿

This hotel is located in the perfect position in my opinion. You can walk just about anywhere: Lab to take Covid test, store to convert dollars to pesos, Drugstore, 2 grocery stores. Plenty of eateries also without walking distance. The start is great the rooms are fantastic. The breakfast hits the spot when you walk up hungry.

經濟型，可以的。酒店新，所以乾淨、就睡個覺，周圍飲食、交通很方便。

El 8 de Diciembre 2023, como a las 7:30 pm, tuve que esperar 25 minutos en línea para poderme registrar, no porque no hubiera personal, sino porque uno de los empleados de recepción, llamado José no quiso atendernos a los clientes que estábamos en fila. Ese tal José, dejó sola a su compañera en la recepción y claramente estaba, vergonzosamente, evitando trabajar. Era realmente penoso ver su falta de profesionalismo y descaro al evitar hacer su trabajo. Sugiero que supervisen a los trabajadores de recepción, especialmente cuando hay mucha gente esperando a ser atendidos. Ese tipo de empleados hace ver al hotel Lucerna y varios de los clientes estábamos molestos. Inclusive un americano le preguntó a la única señorita que estaba saturada atendiendo, que si de qué privilegio gozaba su compañero de no atender a los clientes y ella se disculpó, y se apenó. En realidad es responsabilidad del gerente del hotel supervisar y asegurarse que sus empleados sean profesionales, responsables y que estén haciendo su trabajo.

Excelente hotel, cerca de oficinas de gobierno y plazas comerciales limpio y excelentes instalaciones. Cerca de buenos restaurantes y del centro histórico muy recomendable por ubicación y relación costo beneficio. Muy buen buffet de desayuno.

The picture of the room is quite different to the one we were given. I suspect that if we were Fiesta awards members then the room might have been upgraded, however this was an exploratory trip to Hermosillo to see how we would get on with our Tesla. You advertise Telsa charging stations however apart from 1 Tesla model X that was charging for the 2 nights and 3 days all the EV bays were full with Trucks and gasoline powered SUVs. The reception and bar were nice and you have a big bonus with the Sonora Grill, which we did eat at and was as good as the others we have tried. Our room on the 7th floor was very tired. We would become Fiesta Awards members and am sure our room would look like the picture however we are planning to visit regularly from the US in our Tesla and if your charging stations are not available then we cannot consider you as a viable option if you are going to let anyone park all day in these spaces. I am sure you can solve this!

Stayed here for 2 nights for business. It is located about 20-30 minutes away from Hermosillo airport and the property has a clean, newer feel to it. Pros: -All staff were friendly and efficient -Room was clean and spacious -Gym was very spacious and had up to 50LB dumbbells and a multi-function pulley weight machine with a pull up bar. You can definitely get a good workout in with this setup. -Located right next to a giant mall that has anything you would need Cons: -The restaurant in the lobby left a lot to be desired. The service was a bit slow and the food was subpar. They do have a full bar though for anyone looking for a drink. The restaurant food quality would be the only thing I would try to improve. Everything else was good and I would stay here again for business.
