Ottima Guest house in zona comoda per l'imbarco delle escursioni in barca per avvistamento balene. Bella struttura moderna e pulitissima su 2 piani con parcheggio privato. Ci è stata assegnata una camera a piano terra con accesso privato. Letto super comodo, bagno grande, arredamento curato. Accoglienza molto calorosa e colazione buona. Peccato aver fatto solo una notte. Presente piscina. Consigliatissimo

Wir waren während eines Kurzaufenthalts in Hermanus Gäste im Guest House. Wir hatten ursprünglich ein Zimmer im Arabella Golf Resort gebucht und haben die Entscheidung, im Guesthouse zu übernachten, nicht bereut. Wir wurden bei unserer Anreise sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt. Wir hatten das Ocean View Zimmer, was gehalten hat, was es versprochen hat. Ein toller Blick und eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, so dass wir wieder kommen und den Aufenthalt weiterempfehlen würden.

Neues, sehr schönes B&B , toll eingerichtet mit Blick zum Meer. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück und wenigstens Wetter passt auch ein schöner Pool.

I have never been treated by a host in this fashion ever before. Long story short - I booked for 2 nights in December Air B & B charged me only for one night which I paid for. As we needed 2 nights accommodation, I started messaging the establishment via Air B & B trying to confirm 2 nights stay. My messages were never answered and they never answered their phone calls. After my guests checked in, it was confirmed that the stay was for 2 nights. I requested the details for payment but nothing was forthcoming. At 15h30 in the afternoon I was advised that the guests were to vacate the room as it was only booked for one night. The host still did not bother to reply to me or answer my calls. After 12 attempt’s the host answered stating that we were mistaken and must vacate asap as they have other guests. All of this could have been avoided had they responded to my messages and calls.

Eine top eingerichtete Unterkunft und super nettes Personal (Evelyn & Willy)! Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

We stayed one night at the Whale’s Tale Guest House and everything was perfect. The room was comfortable, we appreciated the size of our bathroom. The view is really nice and there is a path along the ocean in front of the guest house where you can walk and observe the whales, it’s amazing ! Special thanks to Willy who made us feel welcome to this great place !
