Επισκεφτήκαμε το ξενοδοχείο αρχές Μαρτίου με την σύζυγο και τον γιο μου ηλικίας 1 έτους. Η κράτηση έγινε μέσω τηλεφώνου last minute όπου μας εξυπηρέτησε αν θυμάμαι καλά η Μαρία. Πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευγενική, μας υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο και ήταν πρόθυμη να απαντήσει σε όλες μας τις απορίες. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ όμορφο και πολύ ήσυχο προσφέροντας σου όλες τις ανέσεις που μπορείς να φανταστείς ηλεκτρονική είσοδος, γυμναστήριο, πισίνα, φούρνος, ψυγείο, πολύ όμορφα amenities αφρόλουτρα κλπ. Μια απο τις βασικότερες παροχές είναι το parking, αν και δεν δυσκολευτήκαμε ποτέ στο να βρούμε ελεύθερη θέση γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο. Πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης του Ηρακλείου. Ευχαριστούμε όλο το προσωπικό για την άψογη διαμονή που μας πρόσφερε. Στις top 5 επιλογές του Ηρακλείου, value for money!!!

We booked a room directly on the hotel website the day before our arrival. Unfortunetly my mother in law had a serious accident in Crete, we had to stay with her in the hospital in Rethymno then she was tranporter to Chania hospital the day we were supposed to arrive in this hotel . I called the hotel the day of our arrival to explain our situation. They confirmed they didn’t want to refund us as the amount was already debited…

Hotel, apartamento excelente, decoración, comodidad, limpieza y sobre todo atención del personal. Estuvimos en un apartamento para 4 adultos y 1 niño, con 1 habitación i un sofá cama, muy cómodo. Dispone de una pequeña zona con piscina muy acogedora. Mención especial por el jabón, gel y la crema corporal del baño, muy buena!!!. Cerca hay sitios para desayunar. Parking gratuito. Relación calidad precio excelente.

Nous revenons pour la 2eme fois avec plaisir dans cet etablissement. L hotel est tres recent, les appartements sont tres bien équipés, il y a meme un lave linge. Beaucoup de vaisselles ce qui est rare dans les appart hotel.Literie au top Bref un sans faute sans parler de la piscine qui meme si elle est petite est un vrai plus apres une journee de visite. Enfin un roof top au 7eme etage bie agreable avec vue sur la ville et la mer Les 2 jeunes femmes de l accueil sont charmantes et nous ont conseille de tres bonnes adresses !! On peut aller au centre historique à pied en 15 minutes On peut revenir du ferry à pied egalement ( environ 2 km de mémoire mais attention c est en montee donc tout depend comment vous etes charges) 10 minutes en voiture de l aeroport Parking gratuit ce qui est rare Superette, boulangerie à 5 minutes à pied Bref une tres belle adresse

Unbelievable value for money deal boutique hotel near centre of Heraklion. It's very new and everything is very clean. Staff is very friendly. Access to room is through key card or pincode. Swimming pool is cute and cosy. Rooftop has beautiful view. Shower is spacious. So affordable and reasonable !!! Clean, new, cheap, convenient and friendly staff. What more could you want.

Nice Hotel, well designed room, super convenient and clean. not bigger one but good it for our family of 4, staffs are very helpful. The only downside is the location. It is not near the city center, but it was not a problem because we rented a car. The parking lot is not onsite, couple mins walking, but it is also good because it is a designated parking lot and most people were parked on the road.

Kindness of the staff ; comfortable rooms et beds. The small pool is cute and sufficient enough for the kids or a stop in the morning or after visits. Sympathic view from the roof top. City center : by bus or walking. Knossos palace : by bus. Bus stop is 2mn from the hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel tucked into what seems like a residential area. Easy walking to restaurants and only a 20 euro cab ride from the airport. These are like small apartments rather than a hotel room. There is a kitchen with a washing machine (this is huge when traveling with kids). Because it’s residential it’s quiet at night you can hear people in the halls but that wasn’t a problem. It has a small pool which is perfect to cool off in. The living room has spots for 2 people to sleep and the bedroom sleeps 2 people comfortably. I would definitely stay here again. I am not sure how far it is to the city center. We did 2 planned excursions and was only there for 3 days so I didn’t do everything.

So glad we found this place! New apartments and we just loved it. Sofia at reception is a true gem , kind and helpful. The apartment is clean and bed so very comfortable. Stylish too. Don’t expect a view as it’s on a residential street with an empty lot facing the building. We didn’t mind. The location is safe and a 15 minute walk to centre. Close to pharmacy and handy supermarket. We would definitely recommend and we miss the spacious living already. We stayed for 2 nights. Handy parking was free. Efharisto poli to the staff and owners.
