Wij hadden misschien te hoge verwachtingen van dit hotel aangezien het restaurant een Michelin ster heeft maar het hotel staat hier los van . We hadden een suite geboekt in het andere gebouw vanwege allergieën. Deze was erg groot en netjes maar te simpel ingericht. Eettafel met 4 stoelen past totaal niet, atmosfeer ontbrak. We hadden de kamer met ontbijt geboekt. Ontbijt was in een mooie en sfeervolle ruimte maar we hadden een persoonlijke touch verwacht wat hier echt ontbreekt. Er was hele aardige vrouw voor het ontbijt die erg haar best deed maar niet meer kan doen aangezien de drukte. Het kwam ons wel vreemd over dat ze geen verdere hulp kreeg. Ontbijt standaard, Croissants waren wel erg lekker. Koffie moet je zelf halen. Wij hadden voor het bedrag van 238,-misschien meer verwacht van het hotel en ontbijt. Gebouw is verder mooi, we hebben hier niet gegeten vanwege een andere afspraak.

Als combinatie geboekt met een diner in het restaurant, wat erg goed was. Het hotel daarentegen heeft wel ruime en schone kamers, maar deze zijn ietwat gedateerd en bijvoorbeeld niet voorzien van een airco. Ook hangt er in de badkamer een goedkoop terrasheatertje, wat niet echt past bij de luxe die het restaurant wel uitstraalt. Het ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en goed verzorgt!

A nice ambiance created by the hotel itself but more importantly by the people who work there. Hands on customer service with a smile and a warmth you don’t get often I plan on visiting again, but with my wife and take in the beauty surrounding the area.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the warm hospitality and cozy luxury of Boutique Hotel ‘t Lansink, particularly in their outstanding restaurant. If this restaurant were located in the Amsterdam area (luckily, it’s not), it would undoubtedly have earned a second Michelin star by now. The flavors were exquisite, the presentation stunning, and Chef Lars and his kitchen team are true culinary magicians! Special mention goes to Riche, the sommelier, who is nothing short of a magician himself. His wine pairings add incredible flavor and depth to the dishes, and his explanations are like mini wine cabaret performances—informative, entertaining, and full of passion. The hotel itself is charming and comfortable, housed in the historic former guesthouse of the Stork company. Yes, the rooms creak and squeak a bit, but that only adds to the atmosphere. So, if you’re looking to experience Michelin-starred dining while delighting your taste buds to the fullest—without breaking the bank—head to Boutique Hotel & Restaurant ‘t Lansink. Highly recommended!

Lovely boutique hotel located in the former ‘Stork Guest house building’. Hotel rooms are large, cosy, romantic and conformable. But the hotel is all about its delicious and rightfully so Michelin-star rated restaurant. Visit restaurant ‘t Lansink, let chef Lars van Galen and his team spoil you well. Enjoy the lovely courses, drink and love their tasteful pairing wines…and enjoy a romantic night and one of their conformable rooms afterwards

It’s a lovely boutique hotel in a little town of Hengelo. We stopped there for one night to have dinner at the hotel's Michelin star restaurant. The square it is in is very charming, very Dutch and great for a stroll. The room we had was very nice. It had a coffee maker, a kettle, a hairdryer, a fairly large TV with a good selection of channels. The only thing that was missing on this hot day was air-conditioning; therefore the fan was on all through the night. The staff was very polite and not surprisingly spoke good English. The 5 course tasting menu with wine we had was a unique experience but didn’t come cheap. All the waiters were very knowledgeable, quick, helpful and spoke good English. As for the food and wine – it well exceeded our expectations and the night was truly unforgettable. You can hardly believe how many flavors there can be contained in the little portions served. Pity though, the elegant menu was only in Dutch. We also had breakfast in the morning, which was also very nice except for scrambled eggs, which was nothing to write home about. All in all-we had a very pleasurable, if not inexpensive stay.

What a terrific boutique hotel. Rooms are perfectly decent with all the usual amenities although air conditioning would have helped in the recent weather. Lovely grounds, excellent staff and sensational breakfast.
