舒適飯店(Comfort Inn Henderson)

A very convenient property but really needs some updating. Great overall value. Good breakfast. Quiet rooms. Difficult pulling out in traffic onto 41 though!

This was a nice hotel. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The staff was friendly.

Breakfast seemed like leftover from weekend. Room was a little dusty. But overall apretty good hotel

Since our stay was to visit relatives we would not be out of the room when they came to clean. Yes we had do not disturb sign, but when we left we remove the sign. Apparantely they clean a floor at a time and if the do not disturb sign is up they will not come back later to clean room. For two days our room was not cleaned. You do know they have 55 rooms to clean excuse me!

Quiet, nice private pool area,friendly staff. Elevator was down from electrical storm-not their fault.

The clerk was very helpful and friendly. He even gave us a larger upgraded room. Everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast room could have used some attention.

The hotel itself was ok. No major complaints. The only complaint I have is that our car had broken down on our way. We had to stay at another hotel that night bc we couldn’t get there. We ended up having an extra person bc someone had to come pick us up and they charged us $20 for a roll away! So not only did we pay for a night we weren’t there and a night at another hotel they tacked on the extra $20 for the rollaway! We didn’t expect a discount or even ask (although it would have been nice considering the circumstances) I have never been charged for a rollaway in another hotel let alone under these circumstances. I didn’t even know that was a thing! Will not be staying at any other comfort inns.

Pool was closed and it didnt show that when I was making the the reservation. Air conditioner eas noisy.

We had ants in our room The bathroom was gross the beds was not good and clean it was horrible
