Todo estuvo muy bien la recepcionista muy amable todo fue rapido, lo unico que mo le doy las 5 estrellas es porque los huespedes no tienen cuidado con las puertas y hacen ruido al cerrar golpean y se despierta uno con esos golpes mi sujerencia seria comunicarle alos huéspedes no hacer eso, ese fue el unico inconveniente sino yo les doy 5 estrella!

Shower water pressure and softness of water. A great energizing experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Property was clean and bed was super comfortable. Liked having food/bar on property

The first floor (Lobby) Women's room - toilet didn't work. No toilet paper. Dirty. Room 213: No hot water in the shower. Inquired at the front desk was advised to "let the water run for a while". Let the water run for 10 minutes. Still luke warm. Trash overflowing at the front door. Room wasn't cleaned after the first night. The best thing this location has to offer is Nick in the bar.

The breakfast was okay but the eggs and gravy were cold. I should have warmed them up in the microwave.

It was a very nice place to stay. All the staff were great. Pay attention to my needs immediately when I need something.

This hotel smells really bad, like there's mold in the HVAC system or something. It was so bad, that when I unpacked at home, the clothes I hadn't even worn smelled like that mildewy hotel. When I complained on first arrival, they offered to move me to another room, which was slightly better, but still bad. You notice the smell when you first enter the lobby, so it's not isolated to any particular room. On the plus side, the front desk folks were very nice, particularly Sherry.
