Firstly, being an avid traveller, I would say this apartment was one of the best accommodation that I have stayed so far. The location, the room condition, facilities, all in good condition. There are only this 4 issues the host need to solve: 1. Accessibility, there steps about 4 feet that we need to access before we could use the lift to the 3rd floor. This was problem for us with many luggage (for handicapped ppl as well) 2. There were 2 panels for PIN number, host should clearly explain which one to use (maybe using picture). 3. The block for the apartment unit should be clearly identified using map 4. Host to provide email address and whatsapp phone number for easy communication.
