赫勒拿戴斯飯店(Days Inn by Wyndham Helena)

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!! Dirty and run down doesn’t begin to describe this property. I have never written a totally negative review but this one earned the prize.

Room pictures are miss leading, room was much smaller than pictured. Property should really look into their housekeeping as lots of items in the room including the walls was covered in a thick layer of dust. P-tac unit and bathroom fan were terribly loud. Having a bunch of signs at the front desk asking people to rate you 5 stars doesn’t mean your property is worth that rating. Would not stay again.

Cheap and convenient for a last minute emergency. Staff was polite. It is outdated but we expected that for the price. Bed was comfortable and the white bedding help with the outdated parts.

Room not ready for us until 2 hrs after check in time but friendly option to take different room but declined. Carpets in room need a deep clean. Jacuzzi nice, popcorn at night fun, good wi fi,friendly staff.

The room was a bit run down but absolutely huge and clean. The full size fridge/freezer and microwave were a nice surprise.

This property needs some care and updating. The staff were super friendly. The linens and towels were clean however the stained carpets and upholstery definitely needs some cleaning or entirely new. The property itself needs updating and/or a thorough clean.

Bed was comfy however, ottoman had stains on it as well as floor. Went down to breakfast at 6:15 and there was none to be found and none of the front staff seemed to know what was going on. We waited until 6:30 and left. We wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was cold and the room heater didn’t work room was not clean air conditioner had cobwebs in the grills

Great location. Building is a little older but the room and bathroom were very spacious and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
