Staff of front desk is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is standard. However, the hotel is dated and need renovation.

Shower didn’t work properly almost no hot water, no bathroom fan. Fridge was left open so was not working. Little to no breakfast options apparently they ran out the day before. Had to use garbage bag to get ice. Booked a room with jetted tub then at check in was told they no longer available but that is that is an ******* issue not really hotel

The motel was being upgraded so was a bit disorganized...breakfast was not very good at all. Should have warned us about that when booking. This survey is not pleasant so I'm just adding words now to reach the 200 character minimum.

The fire alarm went off at 2 am. Went on for a long time. Ruined our sleep. Room was nice and new mostly clean except the tissue with dried blood on it. Breakfast the second day was better. Quite limited options

No TV, No pool and a disappointing breakfast. Staff are very nice but having to deal with lack of leadership from corporate. I realize that construction is taking place but no excuse for not making the public aware of the deficiencies. To make things right there should be a price reduction during construction, but there is not. Typical poor corporate leadership placing profit over clients needs and expectations. You lost our business.

PROPERTY WAS IN PROCESS OF RENOVATION.NO FRONT DESK, NO CABLE, NO INTERNET.ROOM WAS NEWLY REMODELED AND VERY NICE.WHAT I RESERVED ONLINE WAS NOT WHAT I GOT WHEN I ARRIVED.

We never recived clean towels the second day. Garbage not emptied. No maintenance to room at all. Sippy cup in drawer from previous occupants.

Our experience was unfortunately less than awesome! Our original room had a bathroom door that did not close properly & the window had been warped from heat. Unfortunately, it was an extremely cold weekend and the gap between the window and the frame was allowing cold air in constantly. The first morning we woke up, the hot water was not hot and luke warm at best. The final straw for us to ask for a room change were the ants that were crawling in the bathroom and near the closet. The staff was wonderful in attempting to help, but she was new and was not able to do much. The room we were relocated to was fine, but except the door did not close or lock properly… we tried to be very understanding as we realize the temperatures were horrible and unusual, but the original room was not acceptable at any time of year and should not have been in use. Definitely will not return ☹️…
