Please do not waste your hard earned money here! Website outdated and not accurate! Not anywhere close to a 4 star resort in my opinion. Window ac unit in bungalow couldnt keep up, had to run all day and all night and didnt cool room down properly, different color paint in rooms that should be the same! No black out drapes in bedroom that website list as being in the rooms! And "rainfall" showerhead is just a regular, dirty shower head! We even had a hornets nest in our bedroom window!

Very nice resort and rooms. We enjoyed the sky bar, the bartender that was there was very nice and great at making drinks. The food was not good, wouldn’t recommend. But overall the place is very nice.

The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The views were gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable. If we were to come back to Helen we would stay here again. It’s by far the nicest hotel in the area.

Perfect romantic get away Went here for a get away with my husband and it was everything we needed. From the valet, to the check in staff to the spa, everyone staff member was friendly and went out of their way for us.

Up, up, you go and get top service Champagne at check-in was just the beginning of a weekend treated well. Enjoyed the sky bar at the hotel and restaurants down the hill. Only negative was fireplace in our king suite did not work.

Elegant and beautiful! Very pleased from the moment we arrived with a glass of champagne being offered while we waited just a few minutes to check in. Valet parking was wonderful! The room was spacious, clean and very beautiful and comfortable, and the added benefit of cookies and mints on our pillow was wonderful! The food was AMAZING! Be sure to try the french toast! We will recommend to all our friends when visiting Helen, Georgia.
