埃科姆飯店(Ecome Hotel)

Wir waren eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sehr sauber und die Betten aus unserer Sicht bequem. Parken konnten wir direkt auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und auch hier war das Personal sehr freundlich. Ein kleines Minus gibt es trotzdem! Im Fahrstuhlbereich/ Treppenhaus im Erdgeschoss befinden sich mehrere offene Mülleimer, die ziemlich "gestunken" haben. Liebes Personal, vielleicht finden sie eine andere Stelle für die Mülleimer😉.....

Modernes Konzept, wer ohne Smartphone und Kreditkarte unterwegs ist, kommt hier leider nicht rein. Aber wer diese Hürde überwunden hat, bekommt hier ein sehr gutes Businesshotel. Buchung, einchecken, auschecken, alles online, selbst wenn kein Personal an der Rezeption Dienst hat. Zimmer zweckmäßig, prima Bad, das Doppelbett könnte etwas breiter sein, Platz genug im Zimmer wäre vorhanden. Frühstück war 1 A, mit einer tollen Auswahl an Müsli, Veganen Aufstrichen und mehr. Dazu kostenfreier Parkplatz vor dem Hotel incl einer Ladestation für E-Autos (kostenpflichtig aber ok). Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Dazu tolle „Kleinigkeiten“, wie die Aufwärmstation in der Lobby, da kann sich der Gast eine kleine Wärmflasche füllen, oder einen Tee kochen. Auch bei Minus 9 Grad Außentemperatur war es im Zimmer wunderbar warm.

Accueil très désagréable. Ils m'on fait attendre 5heures l'heure de check-in après 30 heures. Pas de bouilloire dans les chambres pour se préparer un thé ou un café. Préférer le Schlosshotel. Bien plus sympa.

Fantastic new Hotel. The rooms are spotless, new and clean. My room had a door opening up to the outside so it was really nice to be able to step outside from my room. Staff were super super helpful and nice. Taxi drivers were lovely. The local castle is a must see! Breakfast was AMAZING! But get there earlier rather than later as they don’t seem to re stock items. I will bring a group of people here and stay when I rerun. Walking distance to Rewe shopping .And it’s a big one. Nice place to stay.

Self check in worked as reception wasn't available on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Was scary at first as i had never dealt with this, i thought i needed an app called TheBird. Turns out i didn't, a screen in the vestibule enabled creation of a magnetic room key as long as you had your reservation # from hotel email confirmation (not ******* #, the hotel #). Staff was very friendly when i net them the next day and at check out. It all worked flawless, once i figured out the self check in process.

sadly for the 7+ Days we stayed here we received nothing short of disrespect, Ill treatment and unprofessional behavior from the staff. Our rooms were not cleaned , toiletries not refilled and rudeness when we asked for assistance. Things only got worse by day and I don’t recommend anyone to stay here. Also a lot of racist tendencies unfortunately. At some point we got disconnected from hot water with no communication or consideration. Definitely never going back 😱

For the first two days life at Ecome Hotel was very good but as time goes on they started to treat us like animals, our rooms were not cleaned they dont even want to change the towels, and the worst thing is even some of our team members discriminated directly by the Hotel's receptionist.

Nice business hotel with all the basic necessities. Good access.

FABULOUS hotel. It’s very new so all facilities are fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a supermarket literally next door. Viewing their local castle is a must. Very comfortable rooms. Walking distance to the local Rewe Center. Lovely breakfast. I will be back!
