Very good location close by to our relatives home. Comfortable beds, which was Unexpected 🤣 staff were very friendly.

有史以來最差的酒店，而且更糟糕……酒店後面的臥室距離 M62 高速公路約 60m。悶熱的房間意味著，如果你必須整夜開著窗戶，別指望能睡著，因為交通噪音和重型卡車整夜呼嘯而過。辦理入住和退房手續不到 10 分鐘，早餐簡直就是拿了就走的袋子。與韋恩（經理）交談完全是浪費時間，因為當您到達時“退款已經太晚了”，因此我抱怨並通過他們的總部拿回我的錢，因為照片具有誤導性。

Hotel is a old Premier Inn now under different ownership. Hotel is right next to M62. You could look out of window and see the traffic whizzing pass. Window triple glazed which to some extent lessen the nouse but still constant drone of traffic can be heard. Does not make for a good night sleep. Facilities are lacking. For the price ,£100 per night (was discounted to £80) as last minute booking expect cooked breakfast to be included. Hotel does offer for £5 a grab and go continental. Cleaniness of room fixtures could be better. Chair in room was stained and plaster peeling off in places. Value for money - no not in my opinion. Would i stay again - no.

Property is basic and had one issue when arrived of sheets that were dirty but quickly rectified. Bathroom had no fan and so was damp with a bit of a damp smell. Conveniently placed and good car park. Is what it is as a basic hotel. Stayed before and will use again. Staff were really helpful and friendly

We came up to stay one night with 2 young childen. When we arrived late at night i went in with my eldest child to check in whilst my partner stayed in the car with my youngest as she was asleep. The receptionist was really friendly and helped me put the heating on in the room. Once checked in and our baby was asleep our eldest wouldnt sleep so we sat in reception so he didnt waoe the baby. The receptionist was really friendly and chatted to us. As i walked back i was carrying some luggage and the receptionist offered to open our room door for us. The following morning a different receptionist was really welcoming, interacted with the kids and ensured we were all ok. Breakfast was grab and go but perfect for having 2 young kids. The beds were comfy and the hotel was quiet which made our stay even better. Overall a great hotel for a great price. Please say thank you to both receptionists working that night and day!

Very noisy, due to being close to main road. Unreasonably early check out for the price of a double room. A cleaning cloth was left (assume forgotten) on the toilet paper holder I. The bathroom. Not that bad after all though...ok for one night stay.

Perfect in every way. Really comfortable and spacious rooms and the reception staff are simply superb
