Staff friendly and went out way to help changing rooms to ground only rooms clean and comfortable only thing was a trolley of used linen left in passage near door I noticed some clients finding difficult to pass obstacle with luggage and golf clubs other than that very happy will definitely return

Toilets could do with a better clean particularly where seat joins the bowl. But the hotel is a great business park stay. Staff are friendly. Rooms are good. Location good for my business dealings.

The stay is bad , the washing machine is down for 2 weeks without any repair . The only reason they give is alway the maintainenece not available . We pay for a serivce apartment wothout being able to wash clothes . We can only wash in common area.

Good place to be based for playing majorSandbelt golf courses, spacious apartment and several nearby cafés restaurants…Acrobar was a particular favourite.

Been staying here every time we come to Melbourne. Love the location but the property needs an internal facelift. Things are getting old, worn off and about to break. Staff have always been nice and courteous.

Awesome staff , no food options , and gym only open to access 8-5 ???? When used for mostly business people that’s not usable

Arrived and waited a long time to be tended to at the front desk. The attendant wasn’t there and the back up numbers rang out. Rang the manager who said she was off site and couldn’t help. The hotel listing promises cable tv? But didn’t have any channels.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Overall it is a good place to stay.

Needed to ask for afew things including a 3rd bed. Room needed to be vacuumed.

Comfortable stay. Plenty of room. Unfortunately tv in main bedroom didn’t work and had to ask for a plug for the bath.

The room was very clean and comfortable. A very quiet room and secure parking.

This was a perfect spot for an overnight stay. The apartment was spacious clean and very quiet. Shame it's not dog-friendly as this would make it a "go to" for us in this area. Top tip: there's a good vegan Asian restaurant within walking distance of this Quest!

The staff were super friendly, the room was very nice and spacious and can find parking easily and has shops and dinings nearby also.
