辛加拉納民宿

We were very pleasantly surprised when we found ourselves in a house with a kitchen as we have a toddler granddaughter travelling with us and the executive room was very safe and this made it easy to sterilise bottles and prepare our own food. We went on an evening safari however our transport was late and we held up the safari crew leaving on time. When we returned from our safari we were offered a meal at spur to be delivered so we placed the order around 8.30 at night. Two hours later our meals had not arrived and we went to bed hungry and very unhappy. All the excuses under the sun were offered over these two hours. In the end we cancelled it as too late and upset to eat. Spur offered a free breakfast to make up for the calamity of the previous evening however as I booked the rate that included breakfast we declined. We placed your order for breakfast and it was delivered to the house as requested and it was beautiful. When we went to hand back the keys the lady said we needed to pay for the breakfast. I had to show her the rate that I booked included breakfast so I had already paid for it. We did not pay and I left unhappy and declared we would never be back. I would suggest better communication and never trust the local delivery people. Get yourself to the Safari gate there is parking there and get yourself dinner or make your own. The accommodations were excellent for us it was the local delivery people who really let us down. Also maybe book the rate that does not include breakfast then when they charge you for it it will be ok.

Amazing place! 🤩 Tout était parfait, le personnel est adorable et le lieu est magique. À deux pas de l’entrée du Park Kruger, c’est une étape dans une « petite » ville de 3000 habitants très agréable. Attention il n’y a pas de bar et restaurant sur place. De bonnes adresses se trouve à l’entrée de la ville, plan safe. Si vous ne souhaitez pas ressortir aucun problème, Le personnel peut vous livrer ce que vous souhaitez!! Tout était parfait !

Ein tolles Guesthouse nahe am Phabeni Gate zum Krüger Nationalpark. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen sauberen, sehr schönen Pool. Das Frühstück war lecker und die Gastgeberinnen Kiki und Unah haben sich bestens um uns gekümmert.

Il cottage è molto carino e la proprietaria veramente gentile. L appartamento ha un piano dove è situata una stanza con il 3 letto. La colazione molto abbondante e la lacation comoda se hai la macchina. In 5 minuti di macchina puoi raggiungere tutti i servizi . Ho qualche dubbio sulle pulizia delle lenzuola ... mi sembravano già usate sinceramente

We liked the stay in Shingalana Guest Lodge in August 2025. We were on the way back from Kruger National Park to Johannesburg.

Kiki is amazing!the place is beautiful, food good and people kind. South Africa is a dream! We have nice days e lovely places
