Overall good experience. Breakfast platter can be improved. No dedicated parking space. Location is good

Overall good place for the city. However, service very poor. Housekeeping never picked the phone, when we checked in the cloth used to mop the floor was led t inside the room. The tea electric kettle was provided but no cups or tea bags were provided. For two people staying only 1 botlle of water and 1 towel was provided. When enquired they said that since it was royal twin room only these could be provided.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Centrally located. Lelins are well cleaned. I can say this should be your destination for the next trip in bhagalpur. Morning breakfast if average with less choice.

The hotel have a covered parking but they do not allow to park over there resulting in to my vehicle getting full of dirt while parking it on footpath out side of the hotel. Very limited options for breakfast and rude staff at resturant

Very good clean, well behave of staff, good return of money, room- is clean amenities is good safety and hygiene- due to covid it very safe and staff provides clean food is good quality

Strictly average. Don't expect much. The food needs much improvement.

The hotel has a premium price but no facilities to back it up, no swimming pool, spa or message, the included breakfast was also awful
