Stopped off on our way home. Lovely pub/restaurant with a lovely outdoor space. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had the Sunday roast which was one of the best that we have had. Good sized portions and everything so fresh. Their menu looked great too for other options.

Fantastic taster of the new menu, Florie & Todd looked after us with a 5* service, attentive but not over the top. Good choice of drinks and varied menu. Always a pleasure to visit such a lovely pub, amazing food and an attentive team. Thank you

I was looking for somewhere to kill some time on Christmas eve waiting to collect family and I happened upon this pub. ( Google maps wasn't working I wanted a mcdonalds) I was hungry so decided why not!!! As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable the staff were exceptional and I ended up spending a very amusing lunchtime chatting with several people at the bar. The food was really good as was the coffee. I would definitely recommend this place even of.youre on your own.

Called into the Cowdray Arms to waste some time before attending a wedding...what a great pub/b&b. Staff were friendly and helpful and service was excellent. Decided to have a "light bite" and found the menu was varied and well priced. Recomend a visit.

This has to be one of the most memorable evenings of my life the Cowdray is local to me the service was impeccable the room 5 star for a lovely relaxing break with good food and company you will not be disappointed

Room was cozy, bed super comfortable. Delightful en suite. Nice touches with chilled water, cafetière with ground coffee and proper milk in the room. Slept like a log. Breakfast next morning could not be faulted. Haven’t had a fried slice in 10 years but had some here and omg, best ever had. Staff lovely. Would stay again.
