懷特沃特水療飯店(Whitewater Hotel & Spa)

Not to good , from checking in, it seemed a lot of trouble. Very badly signed internally. Dinner waitress should have sat down with us the number of time she checked our table. Bedroom was nice if a little dated. Spa pool very cold changing rooms tired and a little scruffy. Food was fine nothing fantastic. Overall felt they would have preferred us to send money and not go. Guests not required

Wir hatten ein sehr grosses Zimmer mit grandiosem Ausblick. Der Wellnessbereich haben wir gerne genutzt und genossen, auch wenn das Wasser im Pool ein paar Grad wärmer sein dürfte. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas besser sein. Das Abendessen im Hotel war aber ausgezeichnet. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut und Idyllisch.

Superb stay in gorgeous four poster room . We had a gorgeous view and from the moment we checked in David and his team were welcoming and very polite and friendly . The hotel bathroom was superb with a jacuzzi bath and the bed was so comfortable . The view was spectacular . The food was exceptionally tasty and very good . Great tapas and sensational steak and lamb . Professional staff . The afternoon tea was as good as any five star hotel in London . The hotel pool is really nice over looking the river side . The spa was really amazing and had some great offers . I will definitely be back

Scandalous family price for a swim.40 pounds per session is a rip off. Definitely wouldn't recommend. No discount for staying on site a few days. The pool isn't that big and the jacuzzi looks filthy water. The main temp of the pool was quite cold making the kids reluctant to get in once they got their feet wet

Firstly hospitality of the staff are a credit to the company, A special thank you to Jenny on reception who sorted our room, this was such a lovely surprise and it’s obvious she has gone up and beyond to make customers happy. Bedroom - Oldie worldie, warm and welcoming. Bathroom - Great spa bath, plenty of room for two. Food - Very nice just a little expensive if not in package deal. Pool - Slightly on the cold side for ourselves, nice size. Steam room and Sauna - nice and refreshing. Pub area - Again warm and welcoming, staff very friendly. Without doubt some of the kindest people around. Despite being under pressure during a snowstorm, the staff at the Hotel found a room for my partner who had been driving for 8 hours. It was getting dark, the roads were icy and he was far from home. They were short of staff due to the conditions, but still welcomed him in. A warm room, supper, a tip-top breakfast, you couldn't ask for more. It's when the chips are down that you find out what real hospitality is! Many thanks to all at Whitewater.

Lovely hotel. The lady managing breakfast on the 2nd dec was particularly pleasant and helpful. Spacious room Pool was great jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. Couldnt use the gym as it wad closed due to snow second day

Great location and nice looking form outside but very tired and dated hotel. Went with family group and both lifts not working nor have been for a long time apparently so impossible to go to restaurant for breakfast or dinner or lower bar area if disabled guests. Rooms nice size and clean but very tired. Jacuzzi has not worked for a long time to but the pool is nice. Mainly unexperienced young staff that need a some training. Breakfast was okay but evening meals was a poor standard and a faulty towers style service. Would not return until hotel and staff improve for a nicer experience.

Friendly Good staff, very dated hotel. I was here for one night and could not fault the staff, who were all lovely. The hotel on the other hand was extremely dated. Thigh the room was large, it was very dark and the furniture was very old. The lampshades all looked full of dust, but it was age related and when I touched them they were just discoloured. The hallway wood panels had dust in between the slats. I think this size hotel should update its decor as it was very off putting.
