沃爾夫城堡的沃爾夫客棧(The Wolfe Inn Wolfscastle)

I have family who live just down the road from this Inn. I have eaten there on many occasions, before we left to start a new life in Cyprus. It changed hands and one of the improvements was to provide accommodation. We have tried for 6 years but bereavements and Covid prevented it. But we managed finally to stay for 2 nights. Loved it! We had two family gatherings, an evening meal on the Saturday and Sunday Lunch. Both meals were excellent. On the Sunday we even had sunshine!. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and the experience of the Inn in Wolfs Castle.

We had our wedding reception in the bcak room on the 20th may with 26 of our friends and family present...there are no words to say how amazing the staff were.. service was exceptional.. the food was amazing as usual and the night was just perfect. This is our go to place for food.. we love it here.. thank you to all the staff 🙏

I was very disappointed when I visited for Sunday lunch. It's one of the most expensive places which wasn't a surprise with the reputation it has. There were only two of us eating and we had to wait over an hour for our meal and when it did arrive it was cold and not a single bit of green vegetable included. I would have sent it back but after waiting so unexpectedly long I didn't have the time.

Used this location as a stopover after landing in Fishguard from Rosslare. The place looked like it had recently been redecorated to a high standard. However the radiators were not working, so an electric fan was provided. (Perhaps they were still working on the property). Not much evidence of other people staying here at the time (October 2023). Room was comfortable but a bit cramped. Shower and bathroom excellent. We also had breakfast which took a long time before it was served despite providing a time we requested it for. That meant we left later than we had hoped. Breakfast was good. Cost was £15 per head. Given we were using this just as an overnight stopover point while travelling from Ireland to the UK, it was on the expensive side compared to many others we have used. Proprietor provided very clear instructions on how to get into the facility late at night after the ferry had docked which was a plus point.

The place is really nice. Unfortunately only saw it and surrounding area in the dark. Rooms are newly decorated with everything you could need. Beds were comfy. Shower hot and enough water / power to make it worthwhile. Didn't have breakfast, but dinner in the pub / restaurant was really good. Massive portions and very good food.

Central heating switched off can of to room had to negotiate blow noisy heater bathroom stone cold. 12C outside overcharged as not reasonable experience . Polite but not what you expect obviously unable to heat our room normally

I was recommended the wolfs inn for a Sunday lunch whilst visiting Pembrokeshire on holiday by a very good friend. The meals were outstanding, and the service and atmosphere were equally as good. They have an award for the best Sunday lunch in Pembrokeshire it’s got my award for best Sunday lunch I have ever had.

Whilst enjoying a week in Pembrokeshire we met up with friends to have a Sunday lunch at the Wolfe Inn. Knowing that it was under new management we hoped that it would be as good as our last visit in 2020. We weren’t disappointed ! The food was great and the staff were efficient and friendly. Wish we had somewhere as good where we live. Couldn’t fault a thing other than we were a bit surprised not to have an extensive choice of wine or a wine list. The food, however, was exceptional.

The Wolfe was bought by new owners in 2021 and is now a fantastic place to eat. The decor is now bright and fresh. We’ve been several times and the food is consistently good, the Cajun chicken pasta and their roast were particular highlights. The staff are efficient and really friendly, creating a lovely atmosphere
