Damp, Dirty, Rundown, Deceiving pictures Seriously, ALL rooms stink of damp; sheets and towels are stained and very dirty, pools are dirty as they want to save on filters, and management seems (pretends?) not to notice. Beach is not swimmable; and see receeds at low tide. In 30 of travels in all hotels categories this is the most unmatching hotel description to reality. Some staff were doing what they could, but unequipped. We left 2 days before booking s end, lost it to another hotel. The money loss was a relief AND when i tried to post this review on their website it was dismissed

I experienced a problem as the check-in and check-out timings on trip.com were inconsistent with the hotel's policy.

Trip.com made the bookings individually for each room and because of that the hotel gave us rooms in different corners as for them it was separate bookings

Помогите кошке выжить! В отеле Silver sand beach resort, Havelock возле номера 111 живет очень ласковая кошка. Но она погибает от ушных клещей и истощения. На острове нет ветеринаров. Если вы собираетесь на остров, купите для нее лекарство. Ее очень любят дети. Кошка погибнет без нашей помощи!

Fuyez, hygiène désastreuse, chambres sales , draps non propres a notre arrivée. impossible de se baigner dans la piscine tellement elle est sale. Personnel absent ou nonchalant.

Our stay was good but not as expected if they are mentioning it star hotel rooms are not upto the mark There was weired wooden smell was coming I found a concroach in the washroom and in restaurant also. I will give 3 points to breakfast They couldn’t even provided a descent tea When asked I got a reply that it would be chargable Even on the reception one guy did not interested in listening the complaint and resolve the issue ,

This is no 4 star or 5 star. From room to toiletries to washroom to food and service. They should not be considered as 1 star. Smelly rooms, worst washrooms, no toilet roll available, every where red ant, food was pathetic and staff was as bad as it could for any hospitality network. No body responded to requests made. Had to change rooms. Worst place , all time gutkha, pan, in there mouth, very disgusting
