This place has the potential to be excellent, however it is extremely run down and in no way can be called a four star resort. There was no WiFi outside of the reception and nearby communal areas, the bathrooms were very dated, not to mention the sheer amount of rubbish around the beach.

Check out timing in too early, cleaning too poor

Most overrated resort I have ever seen. Poorest experience in all the aspects. Ambience is very bad, lagoon room are too poorly maintained, washrooms are so bad, they have worst quality showers, and no stool even to sit for taking bath. You can find free sea food inside your wardrobe and AC are giving bad performance. Doors of rooms have enough gap to enter mosquitos in huge numbers. People get attracted with location and price. We see it is highly priced so it would be a good resort.

We liked the location with lots of good bars and restaurants nearby and didn’t eat in the restaurant apart from breakfast which was fine with good choice. The rooms were big and comfortable and the staff were excellent. The main issue was the building works taking place. Behind the restaurant was a huge mound of earth and rubble and they were building a bar area. The pool was lovely but there was the constant noise and dust of tile cutting. There was no where to sit and when we asked for something the staff bought out dining room chairs. All rooms had a patio area with seating which would have been very pleasant had it not been for the view of the building works or the constant sounds of construction behind the main accommodation block. The phot shown is cabins down to the beach which they claim is private. It’s basically just a section of beach, not enclosed so everyone can walk ***** it, adjacent to other hotels. There are four heavy wooden loungers that are out of the sun and have no mattresses. The beach is across the road from the hotel so if saying in one of the cabins you will need to cross the road to get to breakfast or the pool. There are paths either side of the pool and one is used by trucks to transport construction materials to the building works at the rear. Despite signs to the contrary residents are allowed to take hired motorcycles ***** these paths to the rooms. We pointed out that this was dangerous and intrusive but no action was taken We booked what we believed to be an island paradise and were bitterly disappointed. We made the best of it but felt very let down

La struttura ha camere grosse e pulite. La colazione a buffet è adatta a tutti i palati. La spiaggia davanti all'hotel (basta attraversare la strada) non fornisce lettini.

Very bad experience! All rooms smelly, water leaking into the rooms, no clean towels, bathroom wires were open. Worst experience i ever had in my life. I booked for 2 days but i checked out on first day only because of these hell of experience. So requested refund for my 2nd day.

Colazione veramente povera per chi non mangia cibo indiano. Le camere sarebbero carine se non fosse per l'assenza di wifi, l'assenza di acqua calda, l'assenza di pulizia degli asciugamani e la presenza di scarafaggi. Non c'é presenza di Spa ma accanto ci sono vari centri massaggi, come d'altro canto in tutta l'isola. Le tre stelle gli sono state date solo perché il contesto é gradevole e la spiaggia, quando la marea è favorevole, é molto carina.
