Cockroaches Everywhere! DO NOT STAY HERE! Avoid this hotel at all costs! They charge extra for basic hand towels – yes, you read that right, a sneaky ₹50-100 fee per towel like it's some luxury item. Total scam! On top of that, the room was disgusting: cockroaches crawling on the walls and bathroom floor. Cleanliness is non-existent – dirty sheets, grimy floors, and a stench you can't escape. We left after one night and lost our money. Worst experience ever. Spread the word – this place is a health hazard and thief. #HotelScam #Cockroaches #NeverAgain

Stayed for 2 nights with family in a deluxe room in March 2026. Overall, the experience was disappointing. Cleanliness was very poor, and the rooms were poorly lit, making the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and not well maintained. The room itself was quite small and lacked basic amenities like a mini fridge, sofa, or even an extra table. The only highlight of the property is the presence of a small indoor swimming pool and a larger outdoor pool attached to the room, which is something unique.

I would rate this property 3 Star. The location is walkable from the Harbour even with your luggage and also close to most scuba diver points and they provide free pick up and drop from this hotel. We booked 1st Category rooms and they had 2 categories, they upgraded the rooms at extra charges. The room has small own swim area and was connected to the main swimming pool, however, the smell of the Swimming pool in the room and also the overall hygiene in the room was not very pleasant and very bad even so I would rate Room Cleanliness as 3 Star. The Hotel provided us our free breakfast at room even at 11:30 am as we were late after scuba, that was exceptional. Hence I would rate staff 5 star. We wanted to booze near the beach, the hotel did not have that facility and asked extra charges for this arrangement, while if we would have stayed at opposite foot hotel which faced the beach, this facility would have been complementary. So this is one demerit of staying at this hotel. Overall, it was 3.25 out of 5 star in total for this hotel from our side. We took 4 rooms and went in group [4 families and their children]. The hotel did not charge extra for 4 kids [all 3-7 years] even though booking was for 8 adults, that was awesome.

We stayed in Haywizz in Havelock island for two days during our Andaman vacation. We found the hotel room slightly cramped and the staff was kind enough to shift to a more spacious room on second night. The food was not bad but we had some apprehension being vegetarian the choice was limited. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Poor hospitality rooms with smell condition of pool is pathetic. AC NOT WORKING IN HIGH HIMUDITY.No security at all as there are 3 properties with common entrance . Avoid staying in this property but companies like andaman experience will ask you stay in this property

Overhyped and Overpriced – Not Worth It! I was pushed into booking Haywizz Resort by a tour operator who promised it was a luxury stay with a “private pool experience.” What a trap! The so-called private pool was tiny, not clean, and didn’t feel private at all. For the high price we paid, the quality and service were incredibly underwhelming. Rooms were average, service was slow, and overall it felt like a budget hotel trying to charge premium rates. Don’t fall for the sales pitch like I did. This place is definitely not worth the hype—or the money. Giving you the real review. So that you dont get trap into false promises. Don't fall for the pool look. If you want to book here then go for non private pool room.

The average rating for the Haywizz Hotel is 8.5/10. Manas sir, the manager is very friendly. Staff is very helpful and friendly too. Manager is so nice, he upgraded our room from premium to delux both time for no extra cost. Delux rooms are better than premium. This is situated in Port Blair, 2-3 kms from the Jetty. They have a bar on the first floor or you can order everything in the room. We tasted Paneer Do Pyaza, Kadhai Paneer, Dal Tadhka, Paneer Lahori. Everything was perfect in taste and portion. Although, I didn't like the chapati quality. Best is you book breakfast and dinner ***** with the room booking so that you can enjoy the buffet. Always get your breakfast packed while checking out from the hotel if you have opt for the breakfast. Don't go for taxi's or auto rikshaw's. Otherwise, you'll end up spending lot of money on conveyance. Get a scooter on rent and roam around. There is a monopoly of auto drivers. They all will charge high and same amount. Never ever try to book Nautika or Macruzz jetty for tranfer between the islands otherwise, you'll end up vomiting during your entire travel as they jumps a lot on the ocean. Always book Green Ocean jetty. Their seats are very comfortable and travel is smoother and stable. For the jetty booking, or other bookings, staff/manager will definitely assist you. The check-out time for all the hotels in Andaman is 8am.

The stay was really worth it. Really enjoyed the stay. Staff and restaurant is also really good.
