What an awful experience, I have an endless list of problems but here are a few, At check in the staff were wearing sweat soaked T- Shirts enquired about dinner and were informed there are two options, Al-a Carte or Buffet We enquired about Buffet and were quoted Rupees 900 per person plus GST but if we paid cash they would not charge GST. Shocking Also if we want buffet we had to book it at least two hours in advance. We asked to book it and were told it can only be booked by a local agent acting for us. We had no local agent, i got fed up and just decided we will have dinner at a local restaurant. we checked in to our room and there were no toilet rolls, so rang reception to request some and were told to contact house keeping rang housekeeping and were told they have left it in reception and we should go to reception to pick them up. Decided to checkout the restaurant Al-a-carte, on entry we asked what was available and we were told al-a-carte or buffet, so much for booking two hours in advance. We decided to go to the nearby restaurant which was very good There were clothes drying clothes every where
