Good clean comfortable hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had dinner at hotel - good value and well presented with good service.
Ideal when travelling via tunnel. 5 minutes from terminal.
Needs a better signage from road.

Chambre très confortable,et spacieuse.
Petit bémol, dans la douche, pas de possibilité de s'asseoir, ce qui était un peu compliqué pour moi.

Checking was a bit slow, staff busy helping in the restaurant/ bar area.
Room was on the ground floor, a large room with big double bed.
Clean, quiet just what I needed after a long days work.
I would stay here again when next in Calais.

Location was perfect close to the channel tunnel, we wanted to be in the French side, which is fortunate as the shuttle service was running behind schedule. we arrived at 01:00 local time. Great breakfast the next morning, rooms clean and comfortable.

Staff friendly, overall an ok hotel. However the room was too warm and we couldn’t open the window due to the terrible smell outside! The air conditioning was locked so couldn’t alter the temperature.
