The hotel is located slightly away from the main street of Hastings, but the view of the hotel is very good. The staff was so nice to us and was willing to help with the heater in our room. Check in/out process was smooth.

This a lovely place if your looking for just a place to sleep, The bed is really comfortable and clean, the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 is because the bathroom and shower, if you are large build you will find the shower a bit tight for you as I medium build and just able to stand in there and the ceiling needs sorting as mould growing though. But the women on reception was friendly and polite and very welcoming. Lovely place to stay

We stayed at this hotel and found it very convenient and clean. The hostess arranged everything to our convenience and we found her very welcoming. We stayed in the family room with the ocean view and found everything working as expected and enjoyed a good night’s sleep. We were very happy with our stay and we will stay here again.

Hätte ich doch nur die Bewertungen auf Google und Tripadvisor gelesen. Der Blick auf das Meer wäre super gewesen, wenn alles gepasst hätte. Von aussen zu dem Gebäude war nicht berauschend. Die Zimmer wurden offensichtlich renoviert. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer. Von Deluxe keine Spur, nur der Preis war Deluxe. Das Doppelbett an die Wand gequetscht. Alles viel zu eng. Die Balkontüre konnte man nicht offen halten. Der Balkon, ca. 70cm tief, war mit den anderen Zimmern verbunden. Von denen konnte man gerade in unser Zimmer gelangen. Der Horror war die Gegend. Die ganze Gegend war nicht sauber, extremer Strssenlärm, johlende, grölende, sauffende, kiffende, man roch es gegen den Wind, Männer und Frauen jeden alters und dazu laute Musik. Parkplätze gab es auch keine. Man hätte einen öffentlichen Einstellhallen Platz für ca. 9 Pfund nehmen können. Wir haben nach 10 Minuten ausgecheckt. Die Dame am Empfang zeigte sich verständlich, als wir ihr dies sagten und meinte wir solle wegen einer Rückerstattung schauen. Als es dann so weit war, hiess es wir hätten nichts gesagt. Okay, unehrliche Person passt zu allem. Meine Empfehlung, Finger weg.
