I don't think this place should be on **********. It is not a hotel. It is more like a bedsit. There is no reception. It is in a very dodgy area. Rubbish on the sidewalk. A homeless man with his pants down in the alley next to it. And my room smelled like the smoking area at a retirement home. You are given a code to get into the front door and your room. I had to call to get mine and it was confusing. The cleaning lady I met was nice and the bed was reasonable. I never did find the bathroom light. I would file it in the mistake category. To be honest, I'm disappointed with it being presented as it was on ********** who I expect a certain standard from.

Nice place to stay, 2 minuets from the train station and a short walk to the marina would stay there again the next time I’m in Hartlepool…

Great place to stay. Clean tidy and quiet. Will be booking again in the future. Would just like some more information on local parking.

The actual exterior premises are dark and dingy definitely not user friendly for elderly people.
