Please change toilet paper to a good one, because we had a poor quality toilet paper.other than that we had the best time of our life and the stuff was so friendly and the place is very beautiful and amazing, the food was delicious 😋

Stayed here in a twin room in the first floor- beautiful views over the lake from the good sized balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, there's a small pool, a braii and a pool table for relaxing in the evenings. Free parking, and safe to walk round the secure kosmos estate, everything you need is within a short drive. The walls in the bedrooms are quite thin so if you have noisy guests in adjoining rooms this may be a problem- in our case the staff stepped in and reminded the noisy guests to be considerate of others, which we were grateful for.

We stayed at the Shore house from the 4th of August until the 8thof August 2024. At our arrival we were greated by Margaret that showed us around. From the room with a large balcony , we had wonderfull scenic view on the lake and the surrounding mountains.The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The same applies to the bathroom that comprises a shower,a bath, a toilet and wash bassin and cupboard below. Based on the information received from Margaret we recommend using bottled water or to boil the tap water when clean the teeth. Margaret also took note of our request for breakfast. The quality of the food was good . The location allowed us to easly access the Ann Van Dyk Cheetah center where we received a guided tour by a passionated young guide.(We recommend ), as well as the Cradle of Humanking in Maropeng that we also recommend. In the nearby surrounding they are several restaurants with a good food/price quality ( Pica Pau restaurant-Belize Beach Club, the Komos Café) .

Brilliant little hotel! Great location, views are amazing. Very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Tranquil and super relaxing which is just what we wanted! If we’re in Hartbeespoort again, then we will be back!
