I had a death in the family and tried to canel the reservation and was still charged. Inhave stayed at this hotel probably 200 or more nights and they wouldnt cut me any slack when I needed it most, during difficult familyntimes.
Not only will I never stay there, but nor at any other IHG hotel ever!

The stay overall was good. Staff was pleasant. However in the bathroom there was a large drop of blood on the floor & grossed me out. They didn’t have parking, only street parking or pay for valet for 25$… overall an ok stay.

Our refrigerator didn’t work and our food spoiled. Found out after my bf moved the whole console that it wasn’t even plugged in! No fan in bathroom is less than convenient. Also, the breakfast was WAYYYYY overpriced for cold, dry, and unimpressive food! We will most likely not stay here for the value/cost of our stay.

Had an amazing stay for my birthday weekend! We walk in & we’re greeted right away by a manager named Gardie. He helped us check in & then gave my friends & I three free drink vouchers since it was my birthday. He was super friendly & accommodating! The pool was super clean & fun to swim in. Super clean hotel & amazing rooms. Only negative was there is no free onsite parking, & the parking garage was $30 for one night.

Sadly I was given a room next to health club..6 am was constantly awoken by equipment banging and vibrations in bed! Beware or 3rd floor rooms.... Restaurant far from even average....disappointing

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Robbie the bartender was the highlight of our stay. He made everyone there feel like they were at home! 10/10 or five stars, how ever you get rated you definitely exceeded!

We had stains on our Duvet cover. Housekeeping immediately replaced once we callled. For $250 per night we expected better surroundings. No water bottles in room.

Loved the valet parking. It made getting in and out of the hotel a snap. Room was clean and updated. All staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. No complaints. Would definitely stay again.
