哈里斯堡希爾頓飯店(Hilton Harrisburg)

We needed to stay close to the hospital for a family members last day. Very sad occasion made much easier by a very on-point stay. Smooth as silk check-in and out, clean, staff were GREAT! Even when we needed a late check out to fit hospital schedule for tests. Well done Harrisburg Hilton..well done.

* Room was poorly maintained. * * Thermostat did not function properly. * Dead bolt to adjoining room did not work. * Bathroom door would not close at all. * Closet Doors were off their track and barely closed. * Bathroom was not totally cleaned used soap in shower, not toiletries and not trash can not lined

The location was what we needed because of the dinner reservation at 1700. The trash can in the room had not been emptied from previous guests and a/c did not work. We reported all upon our arrival but was told housekeeping would be up for the trash and to wait on the a/c b/c it cools down at night. It dropped from 76 to 74 and that was not a comfortable stay. Also, pillows were like bricks - heavy to move and hard. Elevator issue of someone getting stuck apparently occurs every other day (?!) so that was inconvenient. I highly recommend 1700 Steakhouse on the premises. Service and all staff were great.

Our stay was great from start to finish. The location is excellent and the service was top-notch. We didn't get a chance to try the onsite restaurant, but it looked wonderful and we'll try to go on our next stay. Pet-friendly, and easy parking.

well the first morning we were there the staff was rude and acted like they didnt want to be bothered. i asked for my room to be cleaned before i left at 8am when i arrived back at 7 that night room wasnt cleaned no towels. I had to go back down stairs to ask someone to bring me some clean towels. For my first experience at a hilton i wasnt impressed at all

Parking lot was a maze, took me 5 minutes to find my car every day. Ticket to scan in and out of the garage did not work, was stuck waiting at gate until attendant came out to open the gate. Person on intercom told me I had to come inside to get new ticket. I had two cars behind me in line! Didn't even offer wi fi or complimentary breakfast for $174 a night.

I was awakened after 11PM by extremely loud music from a neighboring guest room. After waiting about 30 mins or so to see if things would settle, I resorted to calling front desk. They agreed to report to their Security staff, but he loud music ensued for another 45 mins or so. I think I was able to fall back asleep after 1AM. Not good as I had a early morning work.

We were there for 3 nights and no one cleaned our room once or brought us fresh towels. We did request it at check in and no one ever came.
