Staybridge Suites 哈里斯堡，赫氏(Staybridge Suites Harrisburg Hershey)

I would recommend this property for anyone that is visiting Harrisburg. It is conveniently located next to the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center, an easy walk that only takes a few minutes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. The room was spacious and clean, we had a handicapped accessible room, and it was fantastic and met all of our needs. On the last day of our visit, I misread the breakfast times and showed up 30 minutes late, the two young ladies working were very friendly and provided us with plates and utensils while they were restoring everything for us to get breakfast. A GREAT stay all of the way around! Would highly recommend it.

Staybridge is always consistent - clean and comfortable rooms, great value. That said, breakfast at this location was not really up to par when compared to other Staybridge Suites; it seemed to be understaffed though the staff that were there were working very hard and were lovely.

Stay was good. Room was nice. Breakfast was nicely done, despite the fact that I couldn't eat much of it. I'm gluten free and egg free due to medical issues. But I could see they were trying really hard to make a nice breakfast. The only things I noticed were that the microwave door only opens half way because the refrigerator is in the way. And the chest of drawers in the room were useless because the dresser was placed up against the end of a bed. We couldn't open the drawers because the bed was in the way. AND the TV was on top of that so there was no comfortable position to watch TV from the couch or the bed. The TV was in the wrong position in the room to watch it. Room 518. Looks like there's a place against the wall where the couch is the put the dresser so that the drawers can be accessed. At least the TV could be viewed when laying in bed there too.

We've stayed here many times for business. This time the rooms were clean and nice as usual but check-in was messy. Two of our three rooms somehow auto-checked themselves in so the staff couldn't find our reservation. Then one of the rooms got checked out as a no-show even after I had the key and then they gave us keys to two other rooms that were already occupied. They fixed it and did it with a smile so thumbs up for customer service. We will still go back next year.

Our room was quite large which I was so thankful for with 3 kids along. Separate bedroom from the little living area and kitchen was really nice to have. The kitchen had everything we needed (except a wine opener lol). We used the pool, it’s a little small and only goes to 4 1/2 feet deep. But I was ok with that. and the kids had a great time swimming. Staff was efficient. The gal that we checked in with in the evening was extremely nice. It was very welcoming. Breakfast was well stocked. The sweet potato tater tots were delicious!! Parking was great! The farm show was happening so I was afraid the hotel spots would be taken but they had plenty of spots for hotel guests!

The. Pool was supposed to be done and it wasn’t Breakfast wasn’t great And the key kept having issues and we had to keep going down to get a staff member it was extremely frustrating and inconvenient

The room was very comfortable. However, there was not a fresh roll of toilet paper and there was only one bath towel in a room that sleeps four. These are easy updates that would have given your hotel a better rating by me.

Stay was great. Check in and check out we’re very lengthy processes. Check in was supposed to be at 4, but room was not ready until 4:30.
