Nice and peaceful! The staff, starting with owner, Biden to the managers, were great. The entire property is very well maintained, no issues! Definitely would stay here again, and highly recommended

What a unique place to stay. Wonderfully friendly staff (thank you Steve), lots of deer and beautiful trees and quiet wide open night skies. Stayed in the Ranch House and it was perfect for a restful evening. Hope too be back soon. Be sure to ask for local places to dine…good suggestions for sure!

Very cute and clean. Only issue we’re the beds. Quite squeaky and loud with movement, not very comfortable. But everything else was just perfect.

James and Kelly are the most amazing hosts. The property is so relaxing. Makes you feel like you are HOME. We have been 3 times and are going to return soon. Thank you for all of your hospitality

What a wonderful place to stay with the whole clan. Delightful hosts friendly and inviting. The local is wonderful mix of "away from it all" and close to both Fredericksburg and Kerrville with all their sights to see.

It was nice and quiet. Is a great place to get away for the weekend; You are able to enjoy sit out at night and enjoy the sky full of stars. They have deers on the property and my 3 year old was so excited to see.
We got to meet the property owners and they are really nice and down to earth people.
