Good location, A bit dated, good breakfast but staff slow on taking care after guests leaving. Difficult to find a seat at clean table.

Il ristorante ha una posizione stupenda sul porto con il tramonto. Il cuoco vi ha preparato dei piatti fuori menù su richiesta in tre secondi perché la mia amica è vegana. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e sia ambiente , che con vetrate sul porto e il tramonto davanti, e con una semplice richiesta hanno presentato dei piatti buonissimi. Cameriere s attentissimo che rende il servizio fantastico.

The staff was really friendly but the noice from the bridge construction site on the river side was quite loud even at 8 a.m of Sunday. Breakfast was ok but I I found the bed sheets dirty. I was too tired to complain, good thing there were two beds in the room.

Terrible experience Overpriced The room felt like a prison cell The breakfast is loaded with disgusting things Horrible overpriced 1300 SEK for one night and no a single bottle of water in the room A nightmare

I heard a new hotel is being built so the experience might be different at the new hotel when its built. But I wouldn't pick this hotel next time. Its old and I had some issues with cleanliness. The staff gave me another room but the other room smelled awful. No compensation like upgrading me to another bigger room because the personal in the reception didn't have the power to do so. I was tired and just accepted my first room.

Very old and not very fresh hotel. However, the location is the best in Härnösand. Staff is very friendly. We booked and paied for sea side wiev, but got view to inner yard. The room was very small, it was hard to place the luggage.
