THIS HOTEL DESERVES -5 STARS!!!! OMG where do I begin. This has to be the absolute worst place I have stayed in. Please note, we were unaware of this being an extended stay place as it was not advertised that way. IT IS NOT A HOTEL, more like a halfway house! The room is extremely outdated and could really use some TLC! Entering the room, there is an old white rusted refrigerator with a microwave and outdated counters. My room had spilled coffee on the counter and splattered coffee on the walls. The bathroom is functional but has the smallest cracked sink and counter top. The shower head is rusted and water pressure is HORRIBLE! Let’s just say everything in the room is old and very dirty looking. Supposedly the bed is full sized(more like a twin xl). The mattress sits on top of a metal bedframe and it feels like you’re sleeping on rocks. Extremely squeaky and uncomfortable. The only 2 good things I can say was that the air conditioning works well and the water got very hot. At the end of the day, we got what we paid for. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I travel all over the US for work, so I’ve stayed at alot of hotels. This is by far the worst one I’ve ever stayed at. If you have something shipped here it has a decent chance of getting stolen. The customer service at the front desk is very much under sub par and little to no help.

Nice place, but they’re definitely looking for easy money when they assess you $25 for not taking out your trash. Apparently it’s in the fine print / the rules they make you sign. At least they could warn you by telling you when you sign in. (Beware!!! You might want to pay cash, so they don’t withdraw extra $ from your credit card)

Service was terrible. We stayed for a week on vacation. We tried getting someone to clean the room but we could never find anyone at the front desk. We called multiple times in hopes someone would answer so we could ask for a house keeper, new bed sheets and towels. No one ever answered! The floors are disgusting, mildew on top of the shower cap. They didn’t provide shampoo, conditioner, ice or coffee. The bed is extremely cheap quality, very springy!! The sheets had stains, a hole from a cigarette.. yet this is a smoke fee hotel and the comforter was itchy and old looking. The pillows are terrible as well, they are extremely thin, no support and poor quality. We asked for an extra pillow for our daughter and the male manger told us he could not provide another pillow, only two pillows per room. Another worker started they have a closet full of pillows and not sure why he would say that. If you are particular about WiFi, you will hate this one!!! It will not stay connected, it kicks you off continuously. We had a room with a stove top and one of the burns didn’t work. The halls are humid and smell. You can never find anyone at the front office!! The week we were there I saw a female escorting a guest because their key wasn’t working. That’s when I asked if we could have our room cleaned and clean towels. The front desk girl told me they clean rooms every two weeks or they would need to charge a fee. But on the wall in the hall it states you can request fresh lien and towels at any time. I’m not understanding how they are running this hotel in this manner, no hospitality. If you’re thinking about staying here I wouldn’t recommend this place!! We will not stay here ever again!!!

I booked a room at 8am and was told I could check in at 3pm the same day. Very disappointed to arrive after traveling for a very long time to find my room looked like this. There were no shower curtains or towels or bedding. The air conditioning was taken apart and had a horrible smell in the room. The toilet was not cleaned and smelled like it was just used. The stove was taken apart and dirty dishes in the sink. I was given another room fairly quickly. I have been staying here for work for over a month. My weekly rate is around $360. Last week I was charged $560 and told the rates had gone up. This week I renewed my room, there was a different front desk attendant this time. I was charged my normal rate of $360 for this week. I tried getting the $200 I was overcharged refunded or credited back to my account. Every time I would speak to the front desk they would tell me to come back the next day to speak to a different manager. After 3 days of this charade I have been told there is nothing to be done. Very disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. They do not communicate well with each other or guests. Would not recommend anyone traveling for business to stay here.
