凱藝飯店(Quality Inn)

There were several bugs in our room (dead and alive). It says there is a gym, and there isn't. There is a pool, but it was closed for maintenance, which wouldve been nice to know ahead of time.

The property is well maintained, rooms clean, and staff friendly and helpful. What more is there?

I stay here every time I come to Harlan, and I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and the rooms are always clean.

I was in a room facing the highway and the noise was disconcerting from the big trucks and trucks with loud mufflers going by constantly.

Was ok but all 3 days look out the window and tons of dead bugs on the seal. Would be a easy fix if someone would clean there but all 3 days same bugs still there.

The room was extremely musty as soon as I walked in. You can tell there has been a lot of mold they were trying to cover up. Also found a couple roaches to top it off

Very comfortable stay with friendly staff!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great, maybe the best I’ve seen at a hotel provided breakfast. Rooms weren’t exactly as pictured in website.

The rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!
