Located in the Haridwar station vicinity enabling easy access to all transport system and near market. However, basic facilities for toiletries were missing whatsoever were supposed to be available on demand. On asking for the same, the attendant and receptionist/in-charge says "guests in all three rooms are from the same family, so you can share available toiletries". Such unprofessional and ridiculous attitude was surely out of my expectation and very much shocking. Next morning, waiting time for payment of dinner bill was also as awful as their behaviour. No one was available in the reception desk and no support service to attend guests.

Best hotel in haridwar near to railway station. Today Ganesh Pooja festival is going on which was celebrated very well here, my family participated in the Pooja. Thank for le roi team mr. Gaurav miss parul Bell boy mr. Kamal and kuldeep. food is awesome 👍 and neat clean hotel.

The hotel’s service truly stood out, especially when it came to the food I ordered for my toddler. They were meticulous in following the instructions I gave, and the result was exceptional. The meal was not only well-prepared but also something my toddler thoroughly enjoyed, making the experience even more delightful.

I like hotel service and room .(One problem AC is very old room is normal cool not chilled) Food is normal not best (average) i request to management please improve the quality and food rate is to high . I stay in hotel so many times. Thanks Mahesh Bhaniramka

I was on a wanderlust..all alone and covered Rudraprayag, Rishikesh and Haridwar. While at Rudraprayag and Rishikesh, I opted for Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam (GMVN hotels- Rudra Complex and Rishilok respectively) for Haridwar I chosen Le Roi. The reasons were simple- 1- It is in railway station complex hence you don't have to worry if you are a train traveller like me, 2- Earlier I had been to Le Roi - Raipur and liked the property ***** with staff behaviour 3- Le Roi provides high grade experience within your budget. What I like about Le Roi Haridwar- 1- Location. You can easliy walk to har ki pauri, Maya devi mandir and Mansa devi ..they are in within 2 to 3 kms 2- Food. Le Roi Haridwar has its own restaurant at IVth floor which serves delicious vegetarian food. Food options are good and quality is awesome. I loved the ambience of restaurant during dinner wherin old bollywood instrumental was being played. 3- Staff Behavior. In hospitality industry how you treat your customer matters most and hotel staff was not only gentle, but ready to go extra mile while helping you and describing facilities provided by the hotel. 4- As my train was of evening, hotel allowed late checkin with nominal charges. Again this is a big plus as I could covered three shakti peeth (Maya Dsvi, Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi) because of this 5- Hotel provided bottle of Gangajal while checkout which was an extra ordinary gesture. I will recommend Le Roi to travellers.

I had been regularly visiting this hotel from last 20 years . A great comfortable place for stay and relax. Excellent food and the best part is tea is available always on each floor The staff is really good, madam. Parul at reception and the manager of spoken and very well behaved. I’ll request the travellers and tourist. Do stay in this hotel.

Rooms are neat and clean, staff is cooperative and ready to help for needs. Food is tasty with many options. Just walking distance from Haridwar Railway Station. Few amenities are on call and some available free to use. Neat and clean linen and other room amenities. Thank you.

We stayed at the hotel, our experience was very good, right from the service in the hotel or every activity in the hotel is memorable for us. The staff of the hotel is also very helpful. They follow up with the guest even after every incident, so when we Will also stay in Haridwar, our accommodation will be Hotel Le Roi. We will also suggest this hotel to our relatives and friends.We give special thanks to Ms Parul at the front office because the first impression is important for the guest, which we got to see at Hotel Le Roi Haridwar, so I would like to thank Hotel Le Roi once again.

Very good ambience and infrastructre staff is good and supportive .i would sugeest everyone who is coming with family friends and couples to visit this hotel and wnjoy in thir own ambience with fully supportuve staff is supportive and is best place for family time

Very un-tidy and dirty room. The dirt settled on the floor, sofa and on the bathroom floor. No hot water in bathroom taps, when I complaint about it at the time of checkout then I was told that I had to inform reception before going to the bathroom, so they can switch on the heater. Only location is plus point, nothing else.
