Located in the Haridwar station vicinity enabling easy access to all transport system and near market. However, basic facilities for toiletries were missing whatsoever were supposed to be available on demand. On asking for the same, the attendant and receptionist/in-charge says "guests in all three rooms are from the same family, so you can share available toiletries". Such unprofessional and ridiculous attitude was surely out of my expectation and very much shocking. Next morning, waiting time for payment of dinner bill was also as awful as their behaviour. No one was available in the reception desk and no support service to attend guests.

The best thing is your hotel is near by harki podi and market . There was a problem with electricity but your staff took care of everything.thank you all 😊

But for one not so good experience on breakfast buffet my overall stay was comfortable. I understand that the management is strict on buffet timing but do not expect your guests to get out as you have to close . Be little more curtious to your guests.

The best location... if u r with your family and specially with senior citizens . Each n every staff is so supportive that u won't feel that u r in a new place . Food is sooooo awesome that u never felt to go anywhere else, and best part is all staff r always ready to listen u n quick solutions given by them. Must recommended place to stay in Haridwar. Would love to stay here again.

staff is soft spoken huge parking space room service is A1, room are spacious and clean they always gave a botal of ganga jal and a mala complimantry at the time of check out which is missing this time as there is no stock at that time they assured to compensate next time I always recommend Le roi, Haridwar to my friends and relatives to stay there location is at the rly staion

Worst treatment meted out to guests. I had arrived by IAC and reached Haridwar at around 11.30. It was so hot outside and the sudden temperature difference I think I suffered a heat stroke. Though I had my booking in Gobind Bhavan heritage hotel I couldnt reach there as the Ola guy cancelled twice. Feeling unwell I decided to rest at the closest possible hotel. I proceeded to this Hotel Le Rio which is just adjacent left to Haridwar railway station. After I checked in I was down with fever and had headache likely because of sunstroke. I went to the room and almost collapsed . After feeling a bit better I requested reception thrice if they can arrange Crocin or paracetamol which they refused with the familiar artificial politeness , Sorry sir we don't have. Later I called some acquaintance to arrange it for me at the hotel but the reception staff were not allowing him to deliver. The poor fellow called me stating that the hotel staff is not allowing him. After much persuasion he was allowed. Why do people run hotels when they don't understand the H about hospitality. Only posh rooms and good food doesn't sum up a good hotel. Arrogant staff and hotel management should be shown their place. Pathetic experience I would say.

A very comfortable stay with them here... The food quality is good... The staff is very soft spoken and helpful. A positive and a negative point is that its next to the railway station, which is a convenience as well as a heck as entry to both is the same..

Overall stay was good. Food was nice, all staffs are cooperative. One thing about this hotel is not good. it will be costlier if you book on line. Pls prefer manual booking. Requesting hotel management to review this, so it will be customer friendly in all mode of booking.

Overall good experiance , in room tea or coffie maker and cubboard can be added . Just next to haridwar railway and bus stand , easy to accessible with train or bus . Very friendly and cosy enviroment for our stay and we look forwad to continue the stay again in future .

Had a very pleasant experience with the hotel. I always prefer to stay at this hotel in haridwar. Housekeeping, and Laundry option is available. Food was nice. Rooms are also good. Staff is polite and courteous. Overall, I would recommend highly this hotel to everyone
