Terrible property l, bad location, non-parking fake description on mmt, unhygienic rooms, no kitchen, no facilities for even water or tea.

This is a terrible hotel to stay. Never book room in this hotel. Rooms were not cleaned at all. Dirty curtain with full of dust. Toilet given without cleaning. Even soap not given in toilet. all walls were dirty. Bedsheet was not changed. Towel was dirty. Horrible experience. Staff only two cleaners are operating this hotel. Most terrible this hotel has no Parking space for any vehicle.

hello, i had a terrible experience staying in hotel blue lagoon. the room which was alloted was not cleaned, bedsheet was not changed, bathroom was not cleanned and no accesseries were provided, room's ac was not working until night 1. selling fan was too noisy and had either low speed or too high sleep. in morning no hot water was through tab. i would request not to stay in this hotel of you are in haridwar. thanks
