Our entire experience was overall positive. The staff is friendly, service is timely and the Hotel itself is in great shape. Albeit, they are currently going through some renovations, so there were some unfinished areas in the lobby. Otherwise great!

The bed and pillows were entirely too hard, the tv's need to be updated to smart tv, half the channels didnt work. The light switches were so confusing in the room. So many switches. Wasnt a big fan of the shower.

An overall excellent experience! The front desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was large and well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. There were a variety of excellent dining choices within walking distance. Great stay.

It was clean and when i had a problem i called the front lobby and they had someone come right up. The front lobby was help she told me all i had to do was turn on the all on switch and my problem was fixed. I love they had a pool and restaurants were right next to the hotel.

It was a nice stay - excellent room but I could not operate the coffee machine in room 322 . Also there was a little disruption in lobby with renovations. Also incoming desk could explain parking garage access is indirect to Hotel - for instance my room was on 3rd floor so because she said they were connected I went to garage level3 but had to exit to ground level and go thru lobby to elevator back up to 3rd floor room
