Petit hôtel très bien situe juste a cote du lake hoan kiem et du debut du marche de nuit du week-end end Nous avions une chambre de 25m/2 avec balcon donnant sur la place avec tout le confort Nous n'avons pas été derange par le bruit même pendant le week-end Il y a possibilité de boire un verre sur le toit Nous avons pu visiter a pied tous les lieux a voir dans un rayon de 3 kms Tracy était a l'accueil , elle est très compétente et a l'écoute et nous a permis de faire un départ tardif dans une autre chambre moins bien située mais tout aussi confort car notre vol était a 23h

What a great hotel right across Hoan Kiem Lake! It has an exclusive rooftop bar overlooking the roundabout and the lake and all the coffee shops around. We were able to sit and relax while having a meal in the rooftop and watching the energetic city vibe. Mei was very helpful and beyond phenomenal! She taught us tips for attractions and how to not get ripped off as a tourist. She arranged for our car ride to the airport. She also gave us more tips on the beautiful places that we should visit in Vietnam. She is an asset in this hotel. The other workers were also very friendly and were always smiling and greeting us! We got the suite with a veranda so we were able to immerse ourselves in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi! They also offered laundry in this hotel for only 40k per kilo. Other hotels would charge per piece. It was wonderful staying here, considering it’s a 3-star. The value of what we paid for was so worth it. Clean beds and nice smelling linens. Water pressure also gave us awesome showers after our long days! Thank you Hotel Dela Soie staff for making our experience delightful.

This tiny hotel at the curb in the middle of the old quarter square is the ideal place to stay if you like to adventure around the town. Location is fantastic for a first time in Hanoi trip. Though the hotel may not have meals or breakfast, it’s surrounded by so many cafes so that’s not an issue. The room is clean with all the amenities you need including a hairdryer in the drawer, TV with Netflix and coffee and tea with a water kettle. Everything is great however the best of all is the staff. They are friendly, and will go the extra mile to help you out for anything. A big thank you to Alex (not sure if I spelt that right) who takes the night shift, for being so helpful. And thanks to all the rest of the staff for your kindness, help, and advise. Hope to see you all again!

Réception impeccable du personnel. Le seul "reproche", si l'on peut le considérer comme tel, c'est qu'il manque un sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bien. C'est toujours plus agréable de pouvoir se sécher les cheveux rapidement en sortant de la douche !

Stayed here for a few nights, It is in a good location in the Old Quarter, the room was cozy and comfortable although the room does not have a safe. The staff gave great service and were happy to help . Would stay again.

Comfortable hotel in excellent location in Old Quarter with views out to the famous lake. Surrounded by great cafes and restaurants this is an ideal place to stay in Hanoi. Our room had a small balcony offering a fantastic view of the bustling square below. The hotel has no restaurant or meals services but it is very close to many different alternatives. Friendly staff were very helpful with tour suggestions or directions.

This is a lovely small hotel in a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Traffic in Hanoi is manic and although the hotel is right on a major road once in the hotel room it is blissfully quiet. Would certainly recommend checking the hotel out for future travellers.
