I really enjoyed my stay here. It is in a very central and handy location at the edge of the Old Quarter. The staff are friendly and hospitable. The dorm rooms were comfortable and private, with a towel provided. I appreciated the under-bed storage as well. They could put in a bit more conscious effort for creating social connection between the guests, but overall I had a great time and would strongly recommend to anyone coming to Hà Nội.

工作人員非常有禮貌，英語說得很好。房間和床都還不錯。有屋頂露台、休息區、酒吧和公共區域。地理位置優越。我覺得它位於舊城區。

混合宿舍房間氣味難聞。白天空調不工作，所以無法小睡——他們「節能環保」（？） 不得不早點離開這家旅館並找到一些像樣的東西

提前告知說房間正在裝修，想搬到附屬酒店，但是當天去的時候剛取消，沒有辦理到附屬酒店的轉移。最壞的反應。絕對不推薦。

訂了全女生宿舍。它很乾淨，有足夠的行李空間。淋浴區還可以，但空間有限。公共區域適合工作。
