NT樂土飯店(NT Elysian Hotel)

Definitely not as advertised. Pictures are not accurate. Hotel is under construction. Hotel open for 2 weeks. The rooms are dated, like from the previous owner and have not been updated. There's stains in the hallway carpet. Lots of construction everywhere. No breakfast included, Even though it's advertised in the listing. You have to pay for percent more if using a credit card, even though that's not stated in the listing. When I showed the listing to the hotel receptionist, he said it was from a previous owner and they are remodeling the place. So I felt a duped. I don't recommend staying here. Maybe in 6 months when the hotel is complete and everything is new. Right now it is a construction zone. Not a pleasant experience.

I arrived in the pouring rain to find out the hotel is closed. My phone just happened to stop working at the same time. The restaurant next door said it was closed and the roller doors were down. To top it off ********** now believes a closed down hotel over me a loyal customer. I’ve booked well over 100 hotels with them. 5 days later they denied my refund. I just went back to take more photos as I’m leaving tomorrow. Looking for a new app to book hotels

This hotel beat my expectations. From reception to cleaning, from breakfast to communication, everything runs smoothly and everyone is nice and polite. Plus, it is centrally located and you can taste the flavor of local culture. I do enjoy my stay here. This hotel has officially been designated my go-to hotel in Hanoi. Try it folks.

UP: - Comfortable bed, - Good shower, AC, fridge, - Let us keep the backpack for the day we checked out. - Breakfast is not very good but you can refill coffee as much as you want DOWN: - Smell, in front of the place, in the entrance, in the stairs, is terrible. Luckily you can use the elevator and avoid the bad smell. - Some dirty on the sheets. - They cancel our reservation during our stay to have payment by cash. It happened in many hotels and it's ILLEGAL in Vietnam. Every hotel charge you 3% more if you use credit card. Source: .sbv.gov.vn

I don’t often write reviews but I thought I have to on this occasion. This is the best hotel in Hanoi, fabulous location in the old quarter and the staff are extremely helpful. We have stayed here on two separate occasions and loved both times. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for a great time winter boutique hotel.

Having stayed at this hotel over 5 times in 10 years I can only praise the attentive staff who checked in with me throughout my stay ensuring I had everything I needed, they gave good recommendations for sights/food/tours, nothing was to much of a bother, food was excellent and the place was clean, even got a upgrade on my last stay, allow you also to leave your bags safely whilst visiting other areas of northern Vietnam

Needs improvement. Lift not working many times. Didn't prepacked breakfast as agreed. Provide wrong information to our hired car driver so much so he was upset and almost abandoned us without our baggage. We quickly cancelled all our remaining bookings and changed to another hotel nearby after a night's stay.

Leider können wir das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Wir haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer (Deluxe Zimmer) erhalten. Stattdessen kamen wir in ein Standard Zimmer, welches bei weitem nicht den Bildern entspricht (alt, runtergekommen, Kabel hängen aus der Decke etc). Da wir erst sehr spät eingecheckt sind, hatten wir auch keine Möglichkeit das Hotel zu wechseln. Das Hotel hat uns zwar angeboten uns am nächsten Tag die gebuchte Kategorie zur Verfügung zu stellen, jedoch haben wir uns dagegen entschieden und haben das Hotel gewechselt. Die Bilder vermitteln einen falschen Eindruck. Das Hotel ist in keinem guten Zustand und auch das Frühstück war nicht sehr einladend. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt!

Très bon hôtel sans prétention, parfaitement situé pour arpenter la vieille ville, et très propre. Nous avons séjourné quelques jours à l'aller et sommes revenus avant de retourner en France un mois après. Tom nous a très largement facilité notre séjour, en nous donnant de bonnes adresses, le change a un taux raisonnable, bookant les taxis, bus et trains pour nous... Au pied de l hôtel, on sert de la street food excellente à 1 euros 30 le plat. A noter aussi le p'tit dej largement au dessus des standards de cette catégorie d hôtels. Bref une très bonne adresse, à un prix très correct....
