Arrived at 4 AM and check-in was seamless—the staff were unbelievably friendly, easily the best part of our stay (10/10). The hotel building is a bit dated, and the rooms could use some TLC—the bathtub’s polish was worn. There’s an outdoor pool, but no drinks or shade—just hot stone under the sun. The restaurant isn’t really food-focused and doesn’t even serve coffee, so don’t plan on breakfast bliss here. Overall, I’d rate the hotel 6/10, though the staff’s warmth makes it memorable.

Very spacious and good value for money. The pool and gym are good too

The hotel has seen better days, sure it has been nicer in its days. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was enough, fruit, yogurt and a choice of 9 different set dishes. There are enough restaurants around, in every price class. We walked once to the "old quarter" and train street, doable but about 5km. Grab was around 140.000vnd to the Old Quarter.

位置不錯，房間可以看到窗戶，有窗簾，安靜，安靜，但是工作人員態度很好！打開廚櫃門和衣櫃味道很臭，房間有潮濕的味道，設備很舊但是房間很寬敞天啊！ ！為什麼沒有廁所噴霧？有水龍頭但不出水，sos，水壓弱，空調噪音大，wifi連簡訊都不發。

我們不能打撞球，因為桌上有所有的東西。因此，撞球室被用作倉庫。在健身房做滑梯還是可以的。三天內沒有清潔工來過房間。空調噪音很大，而且無法調節溫度。

Satisfactory all round. I would stay again. The swimming pool is a little bit short :(
