在一個城中村內，環境相當差，不是常年住在那 的人找不到，問了好多當地人都不知道，

服務：會説英文也很熱情 衞生：整潔乾淨 環境：位置不錯在巷子裏很好找，巷子裏也有很多小吃店，就在還劍湖附近去哪都挺方便，早餐也不錯還可以點河粉

周邊很方便

它非常友好，離還劍很近，所以很高興看到 附近有許多餐廳和旅遊景點，交通便利，適合悠閒觀光。

女職員非常親切。 該位置非常適合探索老城區。 對於第一次來的遊客來說，要找到它可能有點棘手。

主人真的很友善。我對價格、設施和位置方面的一切都感到滿意。

不是很乾淨，就像一個家庭旅館，主人很好。

My wife and I stayed here twice on our trip, once prior to heading to Sapa and then again on our return. Veris Hotel is an excellent choice and great value for money in a fantastic part of Hanoi. Manager Jenny is a star and very enthusiastic and engaging. She is super helpful and goes out of her way to assist with advice or anything needed. The rooms are spacious and breakfast is great. The pho was excellent. I absolutely recommend Veris at this price point and will stay again should be return to Hanoi (which we hope to!). We have just checked out today and loved our stay. Thanks again Jenny for everything.

The hotel and room was so nice and clean especially the the receptionist and all in all Mrs Jeanny she is so kind and giving proper information for me and i strongly believe she is giving the same to all guests.😍😍 Keeps up team👍🏻👍🏻

Excelente hotel, muy cómodo y buenas instalaciones. El desayuno es bueno y constantemente están limpiando el hotel. Tiene una excelente ubicación en el casco histórico de Hanoi. Recomendado.

飯店位置優越，位於市中心，靠近舊城區，步行即可到達大部分景點。飯店週邊有許多餐廳和當地小吃店，不必每天都去同一家吃飯。經理珍妮非常友善熱情，幫我們辦理了簽證、機場接送，甚至還預訂了下龍灣遊船。我們住了9晚，明年肯定還會再來，遊覽越南北部其他地區，並以Veris酒店為據點。

We really enjoyed our stay at Veris hotel . The room were small but Cozy , Clean and Bed comfortable. The location is centre of old town , near the church , train street , many local restaurants and cafe shop . The staff help us book a trip to Ninh binh . It’s was amazing Thank you so much for all the staff
