Bed was very uncomfortable and hard. And room was very noisy. I could here the people in the room next to mine snore all night. Location was great as the pools were right across the road and easy walking to restaurants and bars

It was too hot. No air conditioner. Couldn't leave the door open all night to let air in and the bathroom window opened up too far to leave open. Terrible night.

Our family had a great stay ❤️ walking distance to the pools and uptown was perfect ! Will definitely be back thank you

A very comfortable stay in Hanmer Springs. Clean, comfortable and quiet, and very reasonably priced. Very central, and close to everything. Will stay here again, and highly recommend to others.

Good position but interior shabby and needs paint. Patches on walls need work. No microwave and outlook limited to car park. Nowhere undercover for bike storage.

The operators knowingly gave us the room 21 which had shower problems and the toilet was stinking ,service was poor upon checkin . Not worth the money i will not recommend to any one to make reservation as heating facilities is pre hestoric carpets in the rooms are stinking

Comfortable beds, super close to town and hot pools. Well laid out room. Nice to have a table our party of 4 could sit around. The outside landscaping requires some TLC. The concrete was broken and uneven at the entrance way to the room but this was pointed out to us by staff on arrival. Overall good value for money.

It was small but lovely and clean very friendly great stay

I loved the room, with wooden floors and roof, very cosy and earthquake friendly :)
