漢默斯普林斯飯店(Hanmer Springs Hotel)

Very large room and bathroom. Maybe slightly dated for some but we enjoyed it. Nice pool and plenty of parking. Reasonable choices for breakfast which is included in the price unless you want cooked. Staff very pleasant and amenable.

Great location if you are visiting the waterpark or just want to walk around. Room was neat and clean and was comfortable for a family of 4. Would have been just that better if there was the option to have 2 singles in the room (teenagers dont like ot sleep with each other :) Breakfast was included which was good. All in it was a pleasant stay.

Rooms in badly need of a renovation, hot water was either cold or boiling hot to the point of being dangerous. Should be tempered down to 55 degrees. Bath plug didn’t work, toilet roll holder hanging off wall. No plug in vanity sink, sharp screws on carpet grippers. Beds very soft and uncomfortable and I dare say itchy. Tv old and basic channels, for the money we paid for room expected more sorry guys. Restaurant was nice though and staff were great.

The bed and room was clean but the shower area definitely needed a go over. It’s not hard to get the plumber in and redo the silicone around the shower base and remove the mould. The bed was super comfortable, parking was good. Staff could use an injection of personality though. It’s not to smile and have a quick chat to your guest instead of just handing over the keys and then nothing. Price wise room was over priced compared to another motel we stayed at the was much much nicer.

The room was not cleaned properly. Previous guests left there rubbish in the cupboard draws. The room is outdated and old, it was not serviced for the 3 days we stayed there. The restaurant was closed. Really a disappointing stay. The staff were great thought but we will never stay there again. Compared to the Pavillions Hotel where we stay,the Pavillions is 5 star compared to the 1 star rating we give Hanmer Springs hotel. Really terrible 😕

The hotel is old, smells of smoke and all furniture is very outdated. Rooms are dark and unpleasant. Our room was infested with ladybugs, they were everywhere. We had to leave, there was no way we were sleeping in this room. We got a refund
