雖然你們完全沒有回覆我在 Trip.com 上的訊息🤣，讓我一直不確定到底有沒有安排成功。結果一 Check-in 就看到滿滿的驚喜，真的太開心了！
酒店的地理位置也非常棒，步行到河坊街衹需 8–10 分鐘，而且還有地下通道和手扶梯，非常方便！附近步行約 10 分鐘就能到德壽宮，晚上去夜遊也很值得推薦！
酒店裡的設施和用品非常齊全，簡直就像小叮噹的百寶袋一樣，什麼都有！連牙刷等備品的品質都很好。特別喜歡你們的木系設計風格，温暖又有質感，讓人住得非常舒服。
如果可以的話，希望前台的人手能夠再增加 1–2 位。每次經過都看到前台同事忙得不可開交，連笑容都快來不及展現了。他們真的像八爪魚一樣，一個人同時處理好多事情，感覺像一個打十個，真的辛苦了！感謝每一位工作人員的付出！

Although no one replied to my messages on Trip.com 🤣, which left me wondering whether the arrangements had been made, all my doubts disappeared the moment I checked in and saw the surprise waiting for me. It was such a wonderful moment!
The location is excellent as well. Hefang Street is only about an 8–10 minute walk away, and there is even an underground passage with escalators, making it very convenient. Deshou Palace is also about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and the night tour there is definitely worth visiting.
The hotel is incredibly well-equipped. It feels like Doraemon’s magic pocket — everything you might need is available! Even the toiletries, such as the toothbrushes, are of very good quality. I especially love the wooden interior design, which creates a warm, elegant, and comfortable atmosphere.
If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to add one or two more staff members at the front desk. Every time I passed by, the front desk team looked extremely busy and overwhelmed. They were working so hard that it felt like they were handling the workload of several people at once. Their dedication and effort are truly appreciated. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay such a memorable experience!
